[Notice] Future Status Changes Regarding Dormant Teams in the Telsiai Server
Greetings, Saviors! In this posting, we would like to announce the details about the future status changes regarding the dormant teams in the Telsiai (SEA) server. Target Team - Teams of the Telsiai (SEA) server that do not have a record of entering the game from March 31, 2022 to April 2023 (the exact date will be announced in the future notice) ※ Teams that have a record of purchasing 10TP or above are not switched to dormant status. (This does not include teams that have only purchased steam DLC.) ※ If you have a team for multiple servers in a single account, the team in the SEA server must meet the criteria above to stay active. (Even if the team made in the NA server has purchased TP and logged in to the game, the team in the SEA server of the same account is still switched to dormant if it doesn't have records of purchasing and logging in.) Details 1. The teams of the Telsiai (SEA) server that do not have a record of entering the game from March 31, 2022 to April 2023 will be switched to a dormant team. - When a team is switched to dormant status, the existing team will be removed and the UI for creating a new team will pop up upon entering the barrack. 2. If you wish to remove the dormant status from your team, you can send us a ticket before December 31, 2023. - This request is only accepted when sent by the owner of the account. - The request is applied during the scheduled maintenance every week. ※ If you already made a new team before requesting to remove the dormant status from the original team, this new team will be deleted. 3. [UPDATE] Odd Candy Bonus: Updated Measures
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce and clarify a few more details about the Odd Candy bonus that was put on hold earlier (announcement here). As you may know, we distributed a bonus of 2,000 Odd Candies to every player during the scheduled maintenance of November 14 as compensation for Halloween event-related issues. These Candies can be used as currency to purchase rewards in the ongoing Halloween events, and we received several reports by players concerned about inactive accounts being able to unfairly obtain and trade these event rewards by receiving the Candy bonus. Following this, we proceeded to put a hold on all lodge messages containing the Odd Candy bonus, in order to apply the changes necessary to minimize its unfair use. We have now placed appropriate restrictions on accounts found to have obtained and/or traded large amounts of the affected Halloween event items. The same measures will also be taken against any such accounts that may be discovered in the future. Most importantly, as of this date, only players who have participated at least one time in the Halloween event dungeon until today's temporary maintenance (from October 24 to November 16, 2017) will be eligible to receive the Odd Candy bonus. All other accounts, namely the aforementioned inactive accounts, or simply accounts that did not participate in the event until November 16, will NOT receive the message containing the 2,000 Odd Candies. Following these changes, we retrieved the excess Odd Candies and/or items obtained by using them from accounts - which doesn't follow new standard stated above - where the message containing the bonus had already been opened. According to the new standard, we will re-distribute the Candies tomorrow - 17th November. We will be back with another announcement after redistributing the blessed shards. Once again we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this process. We also thank all the players who took the time to report instances of unfair item use and voice their concerns on the event’s issues. Thank you.
