My account has a team in the Original Server. Can I join the New Growth Support Server with this account? - No. You have to use another new account.    3. What will be counted as "Pre-Registration"? - You have to log in to the character selection screen and finish typing in the team name and create the team. If you can try creating a new character, your Pre-Registration is complete.    4. Can I make a new character right now? - Yes, you can. [UPDATE] New Growth Support World Management and Unification Policy

Greetings, Saviors!   As you may already know, we will be opening New Growth Support Severs for each region on February 11, 2020. The New Growth Support Servers will be in service for a limited period from February 11, 2020, to May 12, 2020, and the following policies will be applied.      Pre-Registration   Pre-Registration will be available after the scheduled maintenance on January 28, 2020, to before the scheduled maintenance on February 11, 2020.    Please visit this link for the details of the Pre-Registration.     Service Period   The New Growth Support Servers will be in service from February 11, 2020, to May 12, 2020, and will be united into the Original Servers.    The names of the New Growth Support Servers for each region are as follow:   New Server Region Original Server Audra North America Klaipeda Daiva Europe Fedimian Sigita Southeast Asia Telsiai Lenja South America Silute   New Growth Support Server Benefits   The purpose of the New Servers is to support the rapid growth of the new Saviors. What about the titles? - The first kill titles of the New Servers will be preserved.    4. Will the titles from the Team Battle League transferred? - No. The Team Battle League titles are temporary titles which last for a season. It will not be preserved.    5. Will my friend list remain? - Yes. Your friend list will be transferred.    6. What happens to the items that I obtain from the New Growth Support Server? - All items except some event items will be preserved. Any event items that will disappear after the event will have a notification sentence on their tooltips.    7. Will the Adventure Journal be reset? - No. Only your ranking and points will be reset. If you already received the rewards, the rewards and record will be preserved.    8. Will my achievements transferred? - Yes. All of your achievements will be preserved.    9. Will my collections transferred? - Yes. All of your collections will be preserved.    10. What will happen to the monster cards? - They will be preserved.    11. What happens to the items on the market during the unification? - We advise you to retrieve all items from the market before the unification. Any unsold items will be sent to your market cabinet.    12. What about the Blessed Shards from other contents? - Only Blessed Shards from the Hunting Ground Mission are 10 times. Any other Blessed Shards from outside of the Hunting Ground Mission are not affected by the New World Benefit.    ※The FAQ will be updated continuously.

You can receive [Event] Fishing Bonfire (1 Day) x1, [Event] Paste Bait (1 Day) x1 and Mudfish x50 once a day, per team (resets at 00:00).   STEP 2. Go out to the Fishing Spot in either Klaipeda or Cobalt Forest and use the Mudfish bait with your fishing rod for a chance to catch [Event] Hidden Treasure Chests! Each Chest contains one of the following items.   - Attribute Points: 100 (14 Days) x2 - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x1 - Enhancement Card: 500 (14 Days) x1 - 5-Star Gem Abrasive (14 Days) x1 - Premium Awakening Stone (14 Days) x1 - Butler & Maid Costume Box (Black) x1   STEP 3. If you run out of Mudfish for the day, you can purchase more from the Fishing Manager – just use the bucket located next to Joha. Each Mudfish will cost you 5,200 Silver.     Important   - Treasure Chests can be caught only when using the Mudfish bait.   - [Event] items can be transferred via Team Storage, but not tradable with other players.   - The Butler & Maid Box is character-bound, but the costumes themselves are tradable.   - [Event] Bonfires and Paste Bait will disappear automatically if left unused for 24 hours.   - Unused [Event] Joha's Mudfish will be utomatically deleted during the scheduled maintenance on February​ 11, 2020.   - Unused [Event] Hidden Treasure Chests will be automatically deleted during the scheduled maintenance on February​ 18, 2020.

Purchase Firewood from the Item Merchant in any city.    STEP 2. Enter Rest Mode by pressing the Insert key and build Bonfire.    STEP 3. Sit around the Bonfire and stay warm, and wait for the [Event] Sweet Sweet Potato to appear. Every Bonefire around you can yield [Event] Sweet Sweet Potatoes regardless of the ownership of the Bonfire.    STEP 4. Eat your warm and delicious [Event] Sweet Sweet Potato whenever you need some energy! Eery [Event] Sweet Sweet Potato restores 2,205 HP and 735 SP instantly and an additional 2,205 HP and 735 SP every 2 seconds for 15 seconds.    Important - Your character must be near the Bonfire in order to receive the sweet potato.  - In some maps, your Bonfire may not produce Sweet Potatoes when another Bonfire is nearby. - Unused [Event] Sweet Sweet Potato items will be automatically deleted during the scheduled maintenance of February 18, 2020. 

New server will be open and team names will be reset

Greetings, Saviors!     We will reset all team names of accounts which have not logged in for more than one year from the date of January 28th, 2020. This reset only affects the team name, thus there will not be any changes to other names or items.      If you have logged in the game between January 28th, 2019 to January 28th, 2020, you don't have to worry about your team name.      You can log in before the scheduled maintenance on January 28th, 2020 in order to keep your team name intact.     This team name reset is a part of preparation for upcoming pre-registration of the new worlds. We will announce details about the new worlds and a pre-registration event shortly.
