Borutos Kapas - Future Plans
Greetings Saviors! Today we would like to address some of the issues faced by players while participating in the new Borutos Kapas content and go over some of the improvements that are currently under preparation to resolve certain issues. Invincibility upon Entry We are planning to introduce a brief invincibility period for players who enter Sulivinas Lair to combat against Boruta. This invincibility buff will be removed when a player moves or uses a skill in order to give players some time to prepare for the battle ahead. This feature is currently undergoing internal testing and we are working as hard as we can to have in implemented into the game as soon as possible. Expansion of Rank Rewards We are planning to increase the number of players that are eligible to receive Rank rewards in Borutos Kapas, which will be applied to both Guild Individual Ranks. As an example, Individual Rank rewards will be expanded to be awarded to up to a 1,000 players who have participated in the raid. Boruta’s HP Regeneration The dev team is well aware that the HP regeneration mechanic in place for Boruta is one of the largest factors causing players to feel fatigued while participating in the Borutos Kapas raid. We are planning to remove HP regeneration for Boruta from Monday to Friday during weekdays. Mark: Borutos Kapas The effects of Mark: Borutos Kapas debuff will be increased considerably. The debuff is both a mark of honor and also a means to deter the top ranking guild from ranking 1st place again in the following week. However, we have recently become aware of players’ feedback that the Mark debuff was not as effective as we had intended it to be. We are currently looking into making adjustments to the effects of the Mark: Borutos Kapas debuff in order to provide a more balanced experience for our players. Borutos Kapas Contribution Points The following is the current methods for earning contribution points while in Sulivinas Lair for the Borutos Kapas raid. ※ The content below is subject to updates and modifications. [UPDATE] Known Issues: November 28, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Disconnections in Missions/Instanced Dungeons and TBL - There have been reports of sudden disconnections happening inside missions/distanced dungeons and Team Battle League matches. We are currently looking into this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. UPDATE: We have now fixed the disconnection problems occurring in missions and instanced dungeons, and we continue to investigate the issue with TBL matches. Compensation will be sent to all accounts during next week's scheduled maintenance (December 5, 2017). If you are still experiencing these issues, please report them via Support ticket in detail so they can be further investigated. Thank you. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Irregular DPK Issue Processing Complete
Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the investigation on all accounts affected by the DPK errors and returned to normal the remaining accounts where trading restrictions were still in effect. We have also seized any items related to the DPK errors. This includes crafted items, Gems with enhanced levels, traded items and all items which may have been transformed by, exchanged with, or used in conjunction with the affected items. Some accounts were found to have committed serious offenses and were therefore restricted from accessing the game (see Restricted Accounts). Restricted Accounts The players below were found to have given away or otherwise circulated via trading large amounts of affected items, for which they have been restricted from accessing the game. 30 DAYS: M*z 15 DAYS: F***ir T**ja K****Roots R****Ge G*****oria We will not provide compensation to the accounts restricted. Special Compensation To players in the B and C groups, we have sent special compensation equal to the one initially provided to players in group A (see here for an explanation of the three groups). Upcoming Update: Episode 15-1, new raid, and more
Greetings Savior, this is the Tree of Savior dev team. In this posting, we will be introducing content that will be updated in order starting from March: Episode 15-1, new class, raid, and item. New Episode 15-1 - In the last episode 14-2, Beholder took Pajauta to somewhere unknown. Nobody heard of them since then. Where are they, and what could they be doing? - You can receive the opening quest of Episode 15-1 from NPC Inesa Hamondale at Orsha after reaching Lv.480 and completing episode 14-2 “Stop the Beholder (2)”. New Goddess Raid : Thurible of Salvation - The Saviors will be encountering someone familiar in episode 15-1 on the way. Who can this be? And what could be the purpose of this person? - The new Goddess Raid : Thurible of Salvation is open to Saviors with Lv.490 and a certain Gear Score. New Class : Shenji - A new class will be added to the swordsman class along with its exclusive Vaivora Vision. Shenji is the master of Spear, also known as the God of Spear. They are spearman that uses spears at their will, dealing attacks that can sometimes be fast and swift or heavy and powerful. ※ The content can vary from the actual update and the skill factor adjustments will not be informed in this post. Shenji is a class that used spear/pike. The property of the attack skill and the basic attack (Pierce/Slash) changes according to the stance conversion skill, allowing it to be combined variously with other swordsman classes. This class also provides buffs that decrease the cooldown of the party members and the caster or enhance the critical hit. [Changing attack property/enhance buff according to the stance] [Combination of Skills that specializes in Slashing] [Combination of Skills that specializes in Piercing] A Crowd of Followers - A crowd of follower monsters has started to spawn in the field. Saviors must work together to suppress the powerful crowd of followers. - By defeating the followers, you can obtain the material required for upgrading [+5 Boruta Seal - Common]. Skill Socket System - When the Falouros Armor is enhanced up to a certain value [Skill Socket] will be released. In the [Skill Socket], you will be able to apply a single skill from a separately designed set of skills per armor. - When the same skill is applied on multiple armors, the level of the skill is added up until the maximum level. - You can check the applied skills from the [Skill and Attribute - Common] tab. ※ Considerations when using the Skill Socket function: 1. [Skill Socket] is not transferred when succeeding the armor. 2. Skills that can be equipped by the [Skill Socket] varies from the skills of the class. However, they do share the skill cooldown. 3. If there is the same class and [Skill Socket] skill learned at the same time, the class skill will be used. 4. Vaivora Vision effect is not applied to the [Skill Socket] skill. Reorganization of the reset system for characters leveling up - Characters that haven’t reached the maximum level will be able to change class, reset skill, attribute(arts), and stat without limit. - [Class Change] Use the “Change Class” button at the top of the Advance Window - [Skill and Attribute] Reset from the button on the top of the window - [Character Info] Reset from the button on the top of the window ※ Considerations when using the Class Change function: 1. Hidden or locked classes will not appear in the list of classes to select before they are unlocked. 2. All equipment and companions must be removed and shop skills and crafting must be deactivated before changing class. (Same as before) ※ Contents, values, and attached materials described in this posting may be added, deleted, or changed when applied to the live server. ※ Details about the contents above will be announced via patch note when applied to the live server.
