Welcome to the Fan Art Festival! It's been a long time since our Valentine Art Festival. Spring has come - well on the Northern Hemisphere - I saw the green leaves and grasses are rising. The warmth of the Sunlight, green color, that's what we expect from the spring. But spring also bears the meaning of new beginning and a fresh start. The beginning of journey after the icy cold winter melts away. There is always new season comes to start. So this Spring, I would like to suggest special Theme for this Festival and that is... Theme: "Your Finest moment" It could be both based on your past experience at Tree of Savior or based on pure imagination. What is your finest moment? Was it a heroic moment? defeating the Daemonic lord? or It is a calm and peaceful time with friends? Or was it your first venture into a deep dark dungeon? Oh, and don't forget the festival timeline! 1. How is the procedure?: - From now until 15th of May 2017 (EDT 23:59), you could submit your Artwork, all work submitted after 15th of May 2017 (EDT 23:59) cannot enter - Starting from 16th of May 2017 until 22th of May 2017 we will have a vote and grace period for checking IP Theft. - Prize will be given out at 23rd of May 2017 *Total 13 pieces will be chosen. As we discussed at last discussion and Poll, at this event we will introduce the User Vote. But it is experimental procedure applying first time after the rule improvement and this could be updated at next event. Like the last event, the improvement discussion Thread will be opened after the winner is awarded. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Like" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be picked by Staffs but with each Staff's personal decision. - The Staff pick will be made after the User pick is completed and will not overlap each other. 2. Who could participate?: All Tree of Savior Users! 3. How to participate?: Upload your work on Forum, Fansites, Fan Art Category! with [SUBMIT] in the topic title! But one more! please add the information on your topic so we could send you prizes! - Your Server Name - Your Team Name - Short description about your art piece! - And to the most of all.. your artwork! Prize: 300 TP + In-game Title ("Finest Moment") Art Requirements Format: JPG/PNG/PSD Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi The art related to the Theme - Illustration - Comic panels - The image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. - EXCEPT for the real-life photography or image that utilize such. Help us reduce issues with claiming TP Bundles!
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that we will be offering 20% additional TP as compensation for any players who may have issues with claiming their TP Bundle purchases made from now until April 30th. We wish to use this chance as a way to apologize for the continued issues with regards to the TP claiming process and to show our willingness to solve these issues. There has been a lot of tinkering behind the scenes to smoothen out the process, but we admit that it can always be better. Please carefully read the details below to see how you can help us improve our TP distribution process as well as gain additional TP in the process. If you require any help on how to claim your TP Bundles, make sure to check out our guide here. The following list shows how much TP you will be compensated with if you have an issue with a certain TP Bundle product. - Per 100 TP Bundle (100 TP) : Compensation of 20 TP - Per 300 TP Bundle (310 TP) : Compensation of 70 TP - Per 500 TP Bundle (530 TP) : Compensation of 110 TP - Per 900 TP Bundle (990 TP) : Compensation of 200 TP IMPORTANT : Please read the following conditions to see if you are applicable for compensation. 1-1. You must have either pressed the 'USE' button OR used the '/retrieveAllItems' command in order to start the TP claiming process. 1-2. Any attempts at claiming TP Bundles not meant for your server region will not be counted. 2. A minimum of 24 hours must have passed after the initial start of the TP claiming process (Condition 1-1). 3. You must send us a Ticket via the Support Page when the issue arises. 4. Stone Whale Event Reward Issue Fixed
Greetings, Saviors! After our scheduled maintenance of July 11, 2017, some players were reported to have been unable to obtain the rewards from the Treasure of the Stone Whale event after having successfully received the required Stone Spirit buff from the Golden Stone Whale. We would like to announce that this problem has now been hotfixed. We have also reset the event participation counter for July 12, 2017. Players who have already received their event rewards for the day of July 12 will be able to participate in the event again and obtain the corresponding rewards up to another 4 times until the end of the day. Please refer to the Treasure of the Stone Whale event announcement here for the rules.
