Greetings, Saviors! The Popo Shop for July 2019 is coming. Gather your PP and exchange them for useful items at the Popo Point Shop! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance of July 9, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance of August 13, 2019 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Login to Tree of Savior and start raking in the Popo Points! You get 10 Points for every 30 minutes, no matter what character you’re playing with. STEP 2. Purchasing items and changing character look in the Beauty Shop using Premium TP earns you additional points! You get 2 Points for every 1 TP you spend in-game. STEP 3. If you’re missing only a few points to get the item you want, you can also purchase PP Vouchers at any TP Shop to top up your points. You can purchase vouchers of 100, 500 and 1,000 Points. - 100 PP: 7 TP - 500 PP: 33 TP - 1,000 PP: 59 TP STEP 4. Use your well-earned PP to purchase items from the Popo Point Shop! Just look for the gift box icon in your bottom-right menu. Click it to access the PP Shop and exchange your Points for potions and other useful items. Popo Shop Weapon Selection Box - Just as we had with the previous month’s Popo Shop, there will be Weapon Selection Box that you can rent using PP for a limited time. - The Popo Shop weapons from the Selection Box are timed to expire in either 3 days or 7 days. - These weapons will be growth weapons, which means that the weapons grow along with the player as the player levels up. - Also, the weapons’ appearances will be identical to the Solmiki weapons. - Popo Shop Weapon Selection Box (7 Days): 100 PP - Popo Shop Weapon Selection Box (3 Days): 50 PP New Item - [PP] Enchant Jewel Box x1 added to the shop (9,900 PP). - The package contains Lv. 400 Legend Enchant Jewel x1 and Lv. 400 Unique Enchant Jewel x20. Important - Players will not be able to earn PP with the TP spent in the Victory Dungeon. - Each item in the PP Shop comes with a per-team purchase limit. - Most PP Shop items will be untradeable. Timed items are also character-bound and not transferable via Team Storage. - PP Vouchers can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded with other players. - Popo Points and purchase limits will be automatically reset on August 13, 2019. [UPDATED] Notice on the Instanced Dungeon Reset Issue
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that we have applied a client patch via hotfix to correct the issue that, for the past days, has caused the daily instanced dungeon and mission entries of some or all of a team’s characters to not reset at the correct time. As you may be aware from reading our patch notes, our team has been closely monitoring this issue and attempting several times to correct it. We recorded the logs of any errors that occurred and, based on the results, corrected the components suspected of causing the problem, gradually narrowing down the possible origins of the initial error. Unfortunately, this being an issue which affects players in specific situations, it has taken us longer than usual to trace the source of the problem and correct it, and we apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. Kindly let us know through a ticket at our Support page if you are still experiencing this issue after today. Keep in mind the time at which instanced dungeons/missions reset: (server time) NA/SA 06:00, EU 00:00, SEA 18:00. IMPORTANT: 1) Make sure to receive the latest TOS patch (April 21) to ensure that the fix is applied. You will need to apply the new patch even if you already have the patch from the latest maintenance (April 18). If you currently have the client open, you will have to close the game and open it again to receive the latest patch. 2) Daily instanced dungeon/mission entries should reset properly starting today, April 21, 2017 (yesterday's entries will not reset immediately). To confirm whether your entries were correctly reset, please check them AFTER the following times: NA/SA: [EDT] 06:00 (server time 06:00), April 21st EU: [CET] 06:00 (server time 00:00), April 22nd SEA: [SGT] 06:00 (server time 18:00) April 22nd Thank you. [UPDATED] We have provided Superior Instanced Dungeon Reset Vouchers (14 days) * 3 ea to everyone via GM messages. Please remember to retrieve them before they expire on April 23rd, 2017.

Known Issues: January 10th, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of issues that have been reported to us and are currently being worked on. 1) Loading Screen Stuck - Characters getting stuck on a loading screen and occasionally getting disconnected. 2) VGA Error - VGA errors occurring and causing the client to crash. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
