Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues. We will keep you updated on further procedures. 1) Players unable to use their Active Player Event Equipment Vouchers Players have reported that they are unable to use the following equipment vouchers obtained from the Active Player Event: Guess to Impress. 1 = Savior's Top Voucher (14 Days) x1 2 = Savior's Accessory Voucher (14 Days) x1 3 = Savior's Bottom Voucher (14 Days) x1 4 = Savior's Accessory Voucher (14 Days) x1 5 = Savior's Boots Voucher (14 Days) x1 6 = Savior's Accessory Voucher (14 Days) x1 7 = Savior's Gloves Voucher (14 Days) x1 Due to this issue rather than choosing a weapon, you will now be able to obtain all of the event equipment items for the same 30 day period from the Event Notice Board. 2) Wheel-Chair Zombie Summons We are aware that summoned Wheel-Chair Zombies are not rendering correctly. 3) Members of certain guilds being unable to login. We're aware of and are looking into the issue where members of certain guilds being unable to login. Please send us a ticket stating your guild name and your lastreplay file from the replay folder in your release folder. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Novice Pack DLC Coming to Steam
Greetings, Saviors! The Novice Pack, a new DLC item bundle catered to first-time adventurers, will soon be released on Steam. The pack, expected to arrive as soon as it passes Valve's approval process, will remain available for purchase for those who wish to acquire it. See below for the contents of the Novice Pack DLC. Novice Pack DLC Contents - 15 Day Token x1 (untradable) - 65 TP - Highly Condensed HP & SP Potion x30 - Small Stamina Pills & Lv2 Movement Speed Potions x30 - Soul Crystal x10 - Megaphone x10 - Warp Scroll x10 IMPORTANT 1. The Novice Pack will be released as four different DLCs, one specific to each server region, being tagged as [NA], [EU], [SEA] or [SA] accordingly. DLC products are region-exclusive, meaning they can only be redeemed in servers of their corresponding region (e.g. Novice Packs tagged [SEA] or [SA] cannot be redeemed in Klaipeda, Orsha or Fedimian). Make sure to confirm your server region and carefully check the region tag of the DLC before you purchase. 2. Each DLC can only be purchased and redeemed once per Steam account. Accounts that have already purchased the Novice Pack will no longer be able to purchase this DLC for servers of the same region. 3. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server. 4. In the event that the Novice Pack DLC is removed from Steam, we will provide due notice two weeks in advance via official announcement.
The Lore You Know - Retiarius
A new opponent enters the arena. This time it’s the “net-figher” – the Retiarius -- a fierce opponent to heavily-armored gladiators, such as the Murmillo. While the images of most gladiators were based on military groups, the image of the retiarius was created around characteristics pertaining to the sea and fishermen. In ancient Rome, fishing was an important part of daily life and having a gladiator who embodied this aspect was something the people could get behind. The story of the retiarius was to fight against more heavily armored gladiators like the murmillo and the secutor, who were both based off of fish. The retiarius was equipped with three pieces of equipment to claim victory in the arena, a rete, a fascina, and a pugio. The rete, which you may already be familiar with if this is your class of choice, was a weighted wide mesh net about 3 meters in diameter. The fascina was a 1.6 meter trident that was one of the most unique weapons used in the amphitheater and required intense training to master. Unlike the sword, the trident was not the best weapon for close quarter combat, but due to the fact that the retiarius was based off the image of a fisherman, it was a necessary addition. The final piece of equipment was the pugio, a small dagger used in tight situations to parry blows from a sword. The ends of the rete were wrapped around the wrist of the retiarius and used to trap their opponents, trip them, or ensnare their weapon. If the cast was unsuccessful it could be jerked back and used again. But in the heat of the battle, if the rete was lost, the retiarius would have to continue the fight with just their fascina and pugio. Sometimes opting to grip the fascina with two hands for better control. In other cases, the retiarus would keep their distance, stabbing with the fascina until they were able to use their agility and mobility to close the gap and strike with the pugio. As mentioned earlier, in contrast to the murmillo, the retiarius was the most lightly armored gladiator in Rome. They bore no helmet or shield, instead they simply wore a manica, which was an arm guard worn on their right arm, and a galerus, which was a bronze shoulder guard. The galerus was a way for them to protect themselves from head strikes. Like all other gladiators, the retiarius moved the crowd and provided entertainment as they fought to the death. [UPDATED] Notice on the Instanced Dungeon Reset Issue
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that we have applied a client patch via hotfix to correct the issue that, for the past days, has caused the daily instanced dungeon and mission entries of some or all of a team’s characters to not reset at the correct time. As you may be aware from reading our patch notes, our team has been closely monitoring this issue and attempting several times to correct it. We recorded the logs of any errors that occurred and, based on the results, corrected the components suspected of causing the problem, gradually narrowing down the possible origins of the initial error. Unfortunately, this being an issue which affects players in specific situations, it has taken us longer than usual to trace the source of the problem and correct it, and we apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. Kindly let us know through a ticket at our Support page if you are still experiencing this issue after today. Keep in mind the time at which instanced dungeons/missions reset: (server time) NA/SA 06:00, EU 00:00, SEA 18:00. IMPORTANT: 1) Make sure to receive the latest TOS patch (April 21) to ensure that the fix is applied. You will need to apply the new patch even if you already have the patch from the latest maintenance (April 18). If you currently have the client open, you will have to close the game and open it again to receive the latest patch. 2) Daily instanced dungeon/mission entries should reset properly starting today, April 21, 2017 (yesterday's entries will not reset immediately). To confirm whether your entries were correctly reset, please check them AFTER the following times: NA/SA: [EDT] 06:00 (server time 06:00), April 21st EU: [CET] 06:00 (server time 00:00), April 22nd SEA: [SGT] 06:00 (server time 18:00) April 22nd Thank you. Processing Trade Restrictions
Greetings, Saviors! We continue to process accounts which have been restricted from trading functions. We will be returning each account to its normal state after our evaluation of it is complete and all affected items have been seized. Players whose accounts have been returned to their normal state (without trading restrictions) will receive an alert via GM message in their respective in-game lodge. Special compensation for players to whom DPK-related restrictions were applied will be provided after all the remaining accounts have been processed (this excludes players deemed to have committed serious offenses, who will not be receiving compensation). Thank you once again for your patience and understanding while the investigation is ongoing.
