Borutos Kapas - Future Plans
Greetings Saviors! Today we would like to address some of the issues faced by players while participating in the new Borutos Kapas content and go over some of the improvements that are currently under preparation to resolve certain issues. Invincibility upon Entry We are planning to introduce a brief invincibility period for players who enter Sulivinas Lair to combat against Boruta. This invincibility buff will be removed when a player moves or uses a skill in order to give players some time to prepare for the battle ahead. This feature is currently undergoing internal testing and we are working as hard as we can to have in implemented into the game as soon as possible. Expansion of Rank Rewards We are planning to increase the number of players that are eligible to receive Rank rewards in Borutos Kapas, which will be applied to both Guild Individual Ranks. As an example, Individual Rank rewards will be expanded to be awarded to up to a 1,000 players who have participated in the raid. Boruta’s HP Regeneration The dev team is well aware that the HP regeneration mechanic in place for Boruta is one of the largest factors causing players to feel fatigued while participating in the Borutos Kapas raid. We are planning to remove HP regeneration for Boruta from Monday to Friday during weekdays. Mark: Borutos Kapas The effects of Mark: Borutos Kapas debuff will be increased considerably. The debuff is both a mark of honor and also a means to deter the top ranking guild from ranking 1st place again in the following week. However, we have recently become aware of players’ feedback that the Mark debuff was not as effective as we had intended it to be. We are currently looking into making adjustments to the effects of the Mark: Borutos Kapas debuff in order to provide a more balanced experience for our players. Borutos Kapas Contribution Points The following is the current methods for earning contribution points while in Sulivinas Lair for the Borutos Kapas raid. ※ The content below is subject to updates and modifications. Help us reduce issues with claiming TP Bundles!
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that we will be offering 20% additional TP as compensation for any players who may have issues with claiming their TP Bundle purchases made from now until April 30th. We wish to use this chance as a way to apologize for the continued issues with regards to the TP claiming process and to show our willingness to solve these issues. There has been a lot of tinkering behind the scenes to smoothen out the process, but we admit that it can always be better. Please carefully read the details below to see how you can help us improve our TP distribution process as well as gain additional TP in the process. If you require any help on how to claim your TP Bundles, make sure to check out our guide here. The following list shows how much TP you will be compensated with if you have an issue with a certain TP Bundle product. - Per 100 TP Bundle (100 TP) : Compensation of 20 TP - Per 300 TP Bundle (310 TP) : Compensation of 70 TP - Per 500 TP Bundle (530 TP) : Compensation of 110 TP - Per 900 TP Bundle (990 TP) : Compensation of 200 TP IMPORTANT : Please read the following conditions to see if you are applicable for compensation. 1-1. You must have either pressed the 'USE' button OR used the '/retrieveAllItems' command in order to start the TP claiming process. 1-2. Any attempts at claiming TP Bundles not meant for your server region will not be counted. 2. A minimum of 24 hours must have passed after the initial start of the TP claiming process (Condition 1-1). 3. You must send us a Ticket via the Support Page when the issue arises. 4. Clarification on Survival and Victory Event Rewards
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to provide some clarification on the conditions required for receiving the Survival and Victory Event rewards. A. Weekly Challenge On our event announcement, we state that characters need to achieve 15 wins per week to qualify for the 300-point reward. We expect to give out the rewards to characters who achieved the required number of wins but still haven’t received their rewards as soon as possible. Note that this event’s point rewards are given on a per-character basis. Characters are eligible to receive the point rewards only if they achieved the total of 15 wins entirely through either 5v5 or 2v2 battles, i.e. 15 wins achieved through a mix of 5v5 and 2v2 battles will not be taken into consideration. B. Best Combatant Also, honorary titles obtained through this event will be exclusive to champions of 5v5, as those are the battles that count towards the weekly ranking. We apologize for the confusion our previous announcement may have caused and ask for your understanding. If you believe you are still eligible for a reward but haven’t received it, kindly send us a support ticket with your information so we may investigate your case. Thank you.

Irregular DPK Issue Processing Complete
Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the investigation on all accounts affected by the DPK errors and returned to normal the remaining accounts where trading restrictions were still in effect. We have also seized any items related to the DPK errors. This includes crafted items, Gems with enhanced levels, traded items and all items which may have been transformed by, exchanged with, or used in conjunction with the affected items. Some accounts were found to have committed serious offenses and were therefore restricted from accessing the game (see Restricted Accounts). Restricted Accounts The players below were found to have given away or otherwise circulated via trading large amounts of affected items, for which they have been restricted from accessing the game. 30 DAYS: M*z 15 DAYS: F***ir T**ja K****Roots R****Ge G*****oria We will not provide compensation to the accounts restricted. Special Compensation To players in the B and C groups, we have sent special compensation equal to the one initially provided to players in group A (see here for an explanation of the three groups). Please check the Message Box in your lodge and receive the compensation items until June 21, 2017. We will now be accepting tickets concerning the results of the investigation. [UPDATE] Known Issues: November 28, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Disconnections in Missions/Instanced Dungeons and TBL - There have been reports of sudden disconnections happening inside missions/distanced dungeons and Team Battle League matches. We are currently looking into this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. UPDATE: We have now fixed the disconnection problems occurring in missions and instanced dungeons, and we continue to investigate the issue with TBL matches. Compensation will be sent to all accounts during next week's scheduled maintenance (December 5, 2017). If you are still experiencing these issues, please report them via Support ticket in detail so they can be further investigated. Thank you. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
