We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Attributes Stuck On 99 Minutes - Players who began learning attributes before the scheduled maintenance of April 25, 2017 have reported the learning time of those attributes being displayed as "99 minutes left" indefinitely. 2) Saalus Convent Bosses Not Dropping Cubes - Final bosses in Saalus Convent missions have been reportedly failing to drop the corresponding cube items upon being defeated. We are continually working on rectifying this issue. 2) [FIXED] Losing Instance entry counts while failing to enter Instanced Dungeons - We are receiving reports of Instance entry counts being lost while failing to enter. Please send in a ticket with your server, team and character name so we can gather more information as well as provide compensation. The issue can persist even after uninstalling the addons. We believe this problem could be affecting other functions in the game. Please check any addons you may have installed if you encounter issues similar to this. [UPDATE]: We have found that this problem is not caused exclusively by the use of certain addons. We are working to find a solution for it. 2) Auto Match button occasionally not responding - The Auto Match button in instanced dungeons and missions will occasionally fail to respond after being clicked. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once the issue is resolved. 1) Lolopanther Area rewards not being received upon continuing the challenge to Solmiki Area - Accepting the challenge to continue on to the Solmiki Area of Earth Tower after completing the Lolopanther Area will consume one daily entry but will fail to produce the corresponding reward. For the time being, in order to successfully receive the Lolopanther Area reward, we advise you to abandon the Solmiki challenge before you return to it.
