[UPDATED] Known Issues: April 11th, 2017

Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and they are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Exploration Map Showing 0% Completion [ONGOING]  - After pressing the "N" button to view the world map, regions appear as though they are unexplored even after the last maintenance. We are continually working on rectifying this issue. 2) [FIXED] Losing Instance entry counts while failing to enter Instanced Dungeons - We are receiving reports of Instance entry counts being lost while failing to enter. Please send in a ticket with your server, team and character name so we can gather more information as well as provide compensation. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

[UPDATED2] Known Issues: April 7th, 2017

Greetings, Saviors. We are currently aware of the following issues and they are being worked on. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Exploration Map Showing 0% Completion [ONGOING]  -After pressing the "N" button to view the world map, regions appear as though they are unexplored. We are continually working on rectifying this issue.  2) Incorrect Cooldown Times in [EU] Fedimian -Players have been experiencing incorrect cooldown times after using certain items in the [EU] Fedimian server.  3) Attribute Learning Stuck at 1 Minute -Attribute learning appearing to be stuck at 1 minute for non-Token users. 4) VGA Error  -Players receiving a VGA Error that causes the game to crash in certain situations. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working very hard to fix it. Please continue to send us your tickets but make sure to include specifics such as: computer system and time of error occurrence. The more specific the better so that we may resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thank you.  5) Instant Dungeons Not Resetting  -We are receiving reports of Instance entry counts not being reset and we are looking into the issue.  Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. [UPDATED] Known Issues: March 14, 2017

Greetings, Saviors. The issues below have been detected after today's maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Addons affecting map exploration - Using addons will make map exploration reset under certain conditions. The issue can persist even after uninstalling the addons. We believe this problem could be affecting other functions in the game. Please check any addons you may have installed if you encounter issues similar to this. [UPDATE]: We have found that this problem is not caused exclusively by the use of certain addons. We are working to find a solution for it. 2) Auto Match button occasionally not responding - The Auto Match button in instanced dungeons and missions will occasionally fail to respond after being clicked. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Greetings, Saviors. The issue below has been detected and we are working to fix it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once the issue is resolved. 1) Lolopanther Area rewards not being received upon continuing the challenge to Solmiki Area​ - Accepting the challenge to continue on to the Solmiki Area of Earth Tower after completing the Lolopanther Area will consume one daily entry but will fail to produce the corresponding reward. For the time being, in order to successfully receive the Lolopanther Area reward, we advise you to abandon the Solmiki challenge before you return to it. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. [Complete] Known Issues: February 7, 2017

Greetings, Saviors. The issues below have been reported since the end of today’s maintenance and are expected to be fixed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once these issues are resolved. 1) Server List Showing Incorrect Servers - Upon opening Tree of Savior, the server selection list shows ‘Tree of Savior 1’ and ‘Tree of Savior 2’ instead of the correct list of regional servers. 2) Client Freezing on Server Selection - Upon opening Tree of Savior to the incorrect server selection list mentioned above, the client will freeze and become unresponsive. Greetings, Saviors. The following is a list of pressing issues and bugs that have been reported to us and are currently being worked on. 1) Buffs canceling after moving maps - Certain buffs are known to get automatically canceled whenever the character moves to a different map, even when there is still time left on the specific buff. 2) Unable to equip bracelets in [NA] Klaipeda - Characters have been reportedly unable to equip any bracelet items in channel 1 maps of the [NA] Klaipeda server. Equipped bracelet items will also automatically unequip upon changing to channel 1. 3) Unable to enter Team Battle League - There is an ongoing issue with certain characters being unable to enter Team Battle League matches after queuing up, resulting in only part of the team members joining the battle. Known Issues: December 14th

Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them.   GENERAL 1) Certain bug reports have been delivered to us regarding the Giftful Season Event Rewards.  - The number of Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) not appearing properly. We would like to assure you that it is only the number you see is misrepresented and the correct number of the item is applied to the system so they can be used without a problem.  - We are aware of the issue where Enchant Scroll (14 Days) received from the Giftful Season event gets stacked with the now-voided Enchant Scroll (14 Days) from previous events thus rendering them unusable. 2) The issue with entering Team Battle League is currently being fixed. We apologize for any and all inconveniences, these issues might have caused. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems.
