The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated.

1) Dungeon Count Issues

- There have been reports of the Dungeon Run Count UI showing abnormal numbers. We are currently investigating this issue and will be providing compensation should we find that the issue prevented players from getting as many runs as they should have.

We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. However, if you are experiencing dungeon count issue again, please let us know via Support ticket.

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
