Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Cannot receive basic rewards of Blockade : Boruta, Giltine, Baubas We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. This issue will be fixed during the temporary maintenance on March 8, 2023. Basic rewards of Blockade will be sent to the Guild Storage during the next week's maintenance on March 14, 2023. From week 136, Guild that have not received rewards of Blockade can receive the rewards. Please refrain from doing Blockade until this issue is fixed. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The issue that the name of 2021/2022 Costume Fashion Museum Selection Ticket is mistranslated as 2021/2022 Special Fashion Museum Selection Ticket This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on August 13, 2024. In the meanwhile, please check the tooltip of the said items as they are correctly translated. - 2021/2022 Costume Fashion Museum Selection Ticket → This ticket can be exchanged for most of the costumes and headgears of 2021/2022. Right-click to open the exchange UI. - 2021/2022 Special Fashion Museum Ticket → This is a ticket that can be exchanged for most of the mounts, effect costumes, other costumes, dolls, and toys of 2021/2022. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The issue that when registering 1 weapon appearance item of the Heart Queen theme in the Equipment Storage, the weapon appearance of the same theme unregistered opens as well. Please note that the weapon appearance costume of the Heart Queen theme can not be registered to the Equipment Storage before this issue is fixed.
