Patch Without Maintenance: December 10, 2024
Greetings Savior, On December 10, 2024, a patch went live on KST 17:56 due to the following changes: - Santa Zemyna Modeling Issue - After opening the Leticia Cube, opening the Homecoming Santa Sack displays the "Continue Shopping" UI - The Command Prompt briefly appears when moving between the maps - Advanced Goddess Ichor Fragment II does not apply breakthrough Stats when used - Global Only: Popo Boost Premium Ticket is not shown in TP Shop Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. Known Issue: March 3, 2023
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Tos_SupportGuild can enter Blockade, not the guild mission We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. To correct this issue, rewards of Blockade for all guilds other than Tos_SupportGuild will not be available from 02:00 (server time, EST) March 3rd to the next maintenance. (March 7,2023) Therefore, if you have not received rewards (135 week) yet, please receive it quickly. Also for Tos_SupportGuild people, Please refrain from doing all types of Blockade and Guild Mission (Baubas, Giltine, Boruta) until this issue got fixed. Tos_SupportGuild won't be able to get Blockade rewards (136 week) and will be removed from Contents Status Board ranking (136 week) during the next maintenance. (March 7, 2023) If Tos_SupportGuild VGMs need more Guild Quest Voucher, please request us through forum. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Correction to Santa's Secret Soiree Event Details
Greetings Saviors, The description for the Santa's Secret Soiree Event has been changed as follows: - Saviors can draw up to 246 times (1 Free/ 4 Bonus) when they use Mercenary Badges - Saviors can only draw one free draw on 50th Draw For Clarification: To maximize the total 246 draws allowed during the event, players need to fully utilize their chances every time they encounter Santa. For example, if you encounter Santa, you must perform all 5 draws (1 Free/4 Bonus) available in that single encounter. Skipping Bonus Draws after a free draw during an encounter or drawing fewer than 5 times would result in fewer total draws by the end of the event, preventing you from reaching the maximum of 246 draws. We apologize for any confusion caused and will make every effort to provide clear and timely notifications moving forward. We will provide compensation by distributing 5 [Event] 9th Anniversary Gift Tickets to all Saviors. Please receive the following item before the scheduled maintenance on January 14, 2024. Regarding the Contents Invitation Issue
Greetings Savior, We would like to announce that we have completed the primary investigation of the following issue: - Challenge reward 5x effect from the Content Invitation is constantly applied to New/Returning Savior The restriction applied for investigation purposes has now been lifted. We are withdrawing the excess rewards from the target Saviors in order and please note that any shortfall will be replaced with other goods. Thank you.
