Compensation Regarding the Unexpected Closure of Event
Greetings, Saviors! Due to the Temporary Maintenance on September 19, 2022, we will be giving out the compensations as follows. A. GM's September Surprise Gift Box Event - The saviors who received the event reward at least once will be given the box of the day after the box they received during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ex1) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 6: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 7 + [Event] Neon Hanaming ex2) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 1: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 2 B. Expired Items of Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event - Items with the [Harmony] header, which has purchased from Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event Shop and the expired during the temporary ~ scheduled maintenance, will be given again during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - These items can be used for a week and will expire during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ※ Please note that the schedule and the details of how the compensation is given can be changed. Exploit Suspension and Announcement 03.20.24

Upon receiving the Exploit-related reports, we focused our investigation on finding a clear pattern between the reported accounts and using it to provide a basis for taking quick action against them. We apologize for taking some time during this process. As a result of the work above, we were able to identify a group of accounts. As a start, we have banned the following accounts that used exploits. We would like to inform that total of 7 accounts are suspended. Known Issue: March 15, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Title-TOS Academy Graduate cannot be received even when clearing the tutorial. Due to the deletion of Tutorial, saviors can no longer receive the title anymore despite they have not received the title. The title will be given to the saviors who've completed the whole tutorial during the scheduled maintenance on March 22. [UPDATE] Known Issue: November 13, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention: - The Transcendence Selection Box from November 2019 Leticia's Cube containing Stage 9 Transcendence Scroll instead of Stage 10. - Players receiving Rank C items from Leticia's Cube Special Reward Event We will be taking the following measures in order to resolve the issue: A) For players who have chosen to obtain a Stage 9 Transcendence Scroll - We will be providing you with the number of Blessed Gems required to reach 100% Stage 10 Transcendence (which is 65 for two-handed weapons). B) For players who have chosen the Blessed Gem x100 because of the news that Stage 9 Scroll is contained in the box - Send us a ticket with your Server and Team Name details and we will replace the Blessed Gem x100 from your inventory and replace them with a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll C) For players who have not yet opened the Transcendence Selection Box - We will be replacing the box with the one that contains Stage 10 Transcendence scrolls through a temporary maintenance. Please, open the box after maintenance is over if you want to obtain a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll. D) For players who have received Rank C items as part of the Special Reward Event - We will be issuing all players who have obtained a Rank C item with a compensation box. Greetings Savior, On April 2, 2024, a patch went live on KST 16:23 due to fix the following issue: - [W only] Cannot enter Challenge Mode Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. A patch went live on KST 17:11 due to the following fixes: - The Popo Boost icon is missing in Klaipeda(NA), Fedimian(EU), and Silute(SA) - The Tooltip of Godeye's Vaivora Vision is misguided Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. A patch went live on KST 18:46 due to the following fixes: - Ark - Divine Retribution obtained by using the [Event] Popo Special Equipment Box - Scout can be traded via Market - Ark - Divine Retribution obtained by using the [Event] Popo Special Equipment Box can no longer be registered or dismantled. The trade property of the item will be fixed during the near scheduled maintanance. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. On April 3, 2024, a patch went live on KST 11:49 due to fix the following issue: - The HP of some monsters in the Joint Strike Raid and others are lower than intended Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. A patch went live on KST 19:02 due to the following adjustment: - Season Challenge is adjusted as follows: - The entry count is deducted when defeating the trespasing monsters. - The reward upon completion is given when clearing the Challenge even of the entry count is deducted. - Additional members can not enter after talking to the NPC in the dungeon - Fixed the issue that the Bos monster intermittently does not spawn Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above.
