[UPDATE] Known Issue: November 13, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention: - The Transcendence Selection Box from November 2019 Leticia's Cube containing Stage 9 Transcendence Scroll instead of Stage 10. - Players receiving Rank C items from Leticia's Cube Special Reward Event We will be taking the following measures in order to resolve the issue: A) For players who have chosen to obtain a Stage 9 Transcendence Scroll - We will be providing you with the number of Blessed Gems required to reach 100% Stage 10 Transcendence (which is 65 for two-handed weapons). B) For players who have chosen the Blessed Gem x100 because of the news that Stage 9 Scroll is contained in the box - Send us a ticket with your Server and Team Name details and we will replace the Blessed Gem x100 from your inventory and replace them with a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll C) For players who have not yet opened the Transcendence Selection Box - We will be replacing the box with the one that contains Stage 10 Transcendence scrolls through a temporary maintenance. Please, open the box after maintenance is over if you want to obtain a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll. D) For players who have received Rank C items as part of the Special Reward Event - We will be issuing all players who have obtained a Rank C item with a compensation box. We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the following issues: - Unable to purchase items from TP Shop - Connection fails when using the translation function - Unable to find Laima NPC when proceeding with the quest in Laima's Sanctuary - Some new items in the Mercenary Badge Shop are shown as already purchased : Due to the issue above, the purchase count of Recipe - Dreamy Forest (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (Untradable) in the Mercenary Badge Shop will be reset after the maintenance [Maintenance Period] [KST] 21:10 to 22:35 (September 5, 2023) [EST] 07:10 to 08:35 (September 5, 2023) [CET] 13:10 to 14:35 (September 5, 2023) [SGT] 20:10 to 21:35 (September 5, 2023) [BRT] 09:10 to 10:35 (September 5, 2023) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within 1 day (9/6 23:59 server time). Issue with Being Unable to Receive DLC Packs
Greetings, Saviors. After the scheduled maintenance on August 16, some players have been unable to receive their purchased Novice DLC Pack in the message box in-game. We would like to tell you that this is an issue we are aware of and working towards fixing. We plan to correct this error and return all missing DLC Packs through a temporary maintenance, to be performed at a time soon to be announced. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Thank you for understanding.
