We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the following issues: - Unable to purchase items from TP Shop - Connection fails when using the translation function - Unable to find Laima NPC when proceeding with the quest in Laima's Sanctuary - Some new items in the Mercenary Badge Shop are shown as already purchased : Due to the issue above, the purchase count of Recipe - Dreamy Forest (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher (Untradable) in the Mercenary Badge Shop will be reset after the maintenance [Maintenance Period] [KST] 21:10 to 22:35 (September 5, 2023) [EST] 07:10 to 08:35 (September 5, 2023) [CET] 13:10 to 14:35 (September 5, 2023) [SGT] 20:10 to 21:35 (September 5, 2023) [BRT] 09:10 to 10:35 (September 5, 2023) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within 1 day (9/6 23:59 server time). Compensation Regarding the Unexpected Closure of Event
Greetings, Saviors! Due to the Temporary Maintenance on September 19, 2022, we will be giving out the compensations as follows. A. GM's September Surprise Gift Box Event - The saviors who received the event reward at least once will be given the box of the day after the box they received during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ex1) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 6: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 7 + [Event] Neon Hanaming ex2) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 1: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 2 B. Expired Items of Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event - Items with the [Harmony] header, which has purchased from Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event Shop and the expired during the temporary ~ scheduled maintenance, will be given again during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - These items can be used for a week and will expire during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ※ Please note that the schedule and the details of how the compensation is given can be changed.
