Known Issue: March 15, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Title-TOS Academy Graduate cannot be received even when clearing the tutorial. Due to the deletion of Tutorial, saviors can no longer receive the title anymore despite they have not received the title. The title will be given to the saviors who've completed the whole tutorial during the scheduled maintenance on March 22. [RESOLVED] Known Issues: June 25, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) [RESOLVED] Incorrect Instanced Dungeon Bonus - Over the past weekend (June 23-24, 2018), instanced dungeons in the game dropped an additional Silver bonus upon being completed. This bonus is part of a weekend event that is being released this week (details announced later today), but some of the event data was incorrectly added to the game too soon. We apologize for the misunderstandings caused by this issue. The bonus will be applied as intended during the event weekends (please see the event announcement later today for more details). Thank you. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
