Issue with Being Unable to Receive DLC Packs

Greetings, Saviors.

After the scheduled maintenance on August 16, some players have been unable to receive their purchased Novice DLC Pack in the message box in-game. We would like to tell you that this is an issue we are aware of and working towards fixing.

We plan to correct this error and return all missing DLC Packs through a temporary maintenance, to be performed at a time soon to be announced. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
