Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Temporary issue on Steam TP Shop The in-game store service on STEAM is currently unavailable, the issue is being under fix by steam, until their procedure is complete, the tp store will be temporarily unavailable. We have checked the STEAM store and the TP shop is now back online again. If there are any updates, we will let you know that through our Known issue notice. Greetings Saviors, We have received inquires regarding the following due to lack of information: - Mercenary Badge Boost Voucher effect is stated as Weekly Boss Raid 125K Damage reward ▲ 40,000 in-game. The schedule of Weekly Boss Raid is from Monday to Sunday, and so the change of Mercenary Badge Boost Voucher is yet applied. Weekly Boss Raid 125K Damage reward ▲ 40,000 will be applied from January 17th, 2022 at 6:00 AM (server time). [UPDATE: Jan.18th] Mercenary Badge will be given to the saviors who haven't received the Mercenary Badge as the effect of Mercenary Badge Boost Voucher during January 11th ~ 17th at 05:59 AM (EST). [NA] Temporary Maintenance Notice - April 22, 2018
Greetings Savior, We will soon perform a short maintenance for [NA] sever in order to fix the following issue: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars in Genar Field and Inner Wall District 8 - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session except for Galeed Plateau. Please refer to the schedule below. [EDT] 21:10 - 21:40 Note that this maintenance will only affect [NA] Klaipeda. All other servers will remain open during the procedure. We will update this announcement when maintenance is complete.
