Greetings, Saviors. We would like to inform players that we are in the process of seizing the items affected by the DPK errors from the remaining accounts involved, and that this process may cause certain players to lose access to the servers for a few moments. This means that, if your account is being processed while you are logged in, you may be logged out from the server and see a “protection mode” message upon attempting to log back in. Please be advised that this in order for us to seize any items that may have remained in your account and it will not last for more than 10 minutes. Also, note that this process will not apply to players whose accounts were not affected by the DPK errors. If your account is not under investigation, you will not be logged off. We will keep you updated on this process through future announcements until it is complete. Thank you for your understanding.
Greetings, Saviors! It's time to bring out your loving Companions! Travel and battle with your trusty sidekick for up to 10 rewards a day, plus a sweet EXP boost. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 13, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 4, 2017 Who Can Participate - All characters with by a companion of level 50 or higher How to Participate STEP 1. Associate a Companion to one of your characters and activate it. Every time your Companion consumes some of its Stamina, you have a chance of obtaining one of 6 different gifts! - The gifts drop randomly, and you can win up to 10 per day, per team. STEP 2. Any character battling with a Companion will also receive an extra +20% of EXP gains during the event period! Rewards Receive one item every time your Companion consumes its Stamina! - Keista Protective Potion - Keistas Bravery Potion - Fortune Cookie - Advanced Gem Abrasive (14 Days) - Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) Important - The effects of this event will only apply to non-Hawk Companions of level 50 or higher. - The Companion buff doesn't stack with Clover buff - Event reward items are untradeable. - Companions with 0 Stamina will not drop reward items.
Greetings, Saviors! A lovely couple is preparing for their dream wedding in the Summer. Help deliver the invitations to all the guests and win your own wedding outfit, and as much as 45 combat-boosting Party Firecrackers! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 13, 2017 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 4, 2017 Who Can Participate - Characters of level 50 and above How to Participate STEP 1. Visit the Wedding Planner NPC in the cities of Orsha or Klaipeda to receive one Invitation. You can receive up to one Invitation per team, per day. STEP 2. After receiving the Invitation, deliver it to the guest to whom it is addressed. There will be 15 different guest NPCs located outside of the cities of Klaipeda and Orsha waiting for their invitation. STEP 3. The Invitation will have a counter of 3 minutes. Deliver it within the time limit to the addressed NPC to win 3 Party Firecrackers (14 Days). But don't worry; even if you miss the time limit, the NPC will thank you with 1 Party Firecracker (14 Days). - Party Firecracker (14 Days) effects: 1 hour of movement speed +2 and EXP gains +50% for all party members (non-stackable). STEP 4. Return to a Wedding Planner NPC in town the next day to repeat the mission! - You can only hold a maximum of one Invitation in your inventory at all times. - You may be asked to deliver an invitation to the same NPC more than once. STEP 5. Deliver a total of 15 Invitations to their respective NPCs and receive an Event Wedding Costume Box from one of the Wedding Planners. The Box will contain one Wedding Costume (Bridesmaid or Best Man) for your character! Important - The Event Wedding Costume Box cannot be traded in shops, the Market or 1:1 to other players (the Best Man and Bridesmaid costumes obtained from the Box are tradable, but not in NPC shops). - The Event Wedding Costume Box will drop a costume corresponding to the gender of the character that opens it. - You can check your remaining daily invitations through the Wedding Planner NPCs.

This also included items that were crafted using one or more of the affected material items including gems that were enhanced by these items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that no serious offense was committed. We have sent compensation to these unlocked accounts and special compensation will be provided after our investigation is complete. (Please read previous announcements for more information). We would like to mention that the remaining locked accounts require a deeper investigation. For example, for these accounts we have to thoroughly investigate whether or not certain transactions had negative effects on the market by checking profits and the amount of items that were distributed. Although we understand that this may not have been the true intention of these users, if these transactions affected the market, or if these users actions were deemed inexcusable, this will lead us to investigate these accounts again and to possibly set further restrictions. The extent of these restrictions will be known after our investigations are complete. Since we will have to check these accounts multiple times, investigating them will take a bit longer. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Lag and intermittent disconnection issue - We're currently facing lag and intermittent disconnection issue on server, we keep checking and verifying the logs to find out the root cause, Server unstable issue is one of our highest priority problems and will fix it as soon as possible 2) Goddess Lada's Present DLC item doesn't open properly. - The Lada's DLC problem will be fixed on coming maintenance Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Compensation has been sent to the accounts released today, according to the total duration of their suspension. Special compensation will be provided after the investigation of all accounts is complete. Currently, our investigation is focused on analyzing cases in which the items in question have been circulated, i.e. transferred from the character that first obtained them to another character or companion within the team. Cases in which the items are no longer contained within the team of the character that first obtained them (if they were moved via the Market or personal trade to another account), will take longer to process, particularly in accounts with a large number of items circulated. We'll continue to work towards releasing the remaining accounts and allowing players to return to the game as soon as we can. Thank you.
