Known Issues: June 27, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently been reported. 1) Guild Promotion Board Error - Opening the Guild Promotion Board UI has been known to prompt the error message above. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of July 3, 2018. Until then, this feature may not work as intended. Thank you for your understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[RESOLVED] Known Issues: June 26, 2018
Greetings Saviors, After the June 26 maintenance, the following issue has been reported: 1) Unable to Sell Items to NPC Shops - Players have reported that they are unable to sell items to the NPC shops throughout the various cities. We are aware of the problem and are looking into it. We will update this announcement when the issue has been resolved. Thank you. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Goddess' Blessed Cube: June 26, 2018
Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.
NEW! Royal Soccer Tournament Festival
Greetings, Saviors! It’s soccer tournament season in the Kingdom and competition is fierce between the Orsha Lions and the Klaipeda Capricorns. Pay a visit to the little Goalkeeper in town and stock up on soccer goods to support your favorite team! Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on June 26, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on July 17, 2018 Who Can Participate - Characters of all levels How to Participate STEP 1. Find the Goalkeeper Penguin in the city of Klaipeda by the Event Notice Board and pick your favorite team to receive a banner and a title showing your support. You can pick a maximum of one set of items per team (account). - Orsha Lions Support Banner x1 - Title: Orsha Lions Supporter x1 OR - Klaipeda Capricorns Support Banner x1 - Title: Klaipeda Capricorns Supporter x1 STEP 2. Complete 15 correct guesses in the Hat Trick Quiz event to obtain the Supporters Armband. STEP 3. Return to the Goalkeeper with the Supporters Armband and your team’s goods to receive the Ultimate Ace Trophy and complete your soccer goods collection! Important - The rewards of this event can be received only one per team. - The rewards obtained from this event cannot be traded, but they can be transferred via Team Storage. - Only characters possessing both one set of supporters’ goods from this event (either the Lions set or the Capricorns set) and the Supporters Armband from the Hat Trick Quiz event can receive the Ultimate Ace Trophy.

Just play the Hat Trick Quiz and guess a number between 1 and 100 for new prizes every day, including an exclusive armband accessory! Defeat monsters for a chance of obtaining Hat Trick Clues. Collect as many as you can and take the Clues to the Royal Soccer Tournament Helper in the city of Klaipeda. STEP 2. Use your Hat Trick Clues to guess a number between 1 and 100 in the Hat Trick Quiz. Each guess consumes 4 Clues, so make sure you have enough! STEP 3. Guess the correct number in the Quiz to win one of the following random prizes! Reset Items = Rank Reset Voucher = A. When Using the Rank Reset Voucher: - You will not be able to use Rank Reset Voucher if you have unused rank-up cards left in your inventory. B. After using the Rank Reset Voucher - Your character will be reset to class level 1, and you will be provided with enough Class EXP Cards to get your character back to the rank it was before the reset. You will be able to recover your pre-reset class level and EXP in full even if your character hasn’t reached class level 15. - All the attributes you learned will be reset and converted into attribute points, which you can use to learn new attributes at the corresponding Class Master. - All Monster Cards will be unequipped and sent to your inventory with no penalty applied. - Companion vouchers obtained from class advancements will be deleted. Already existing companions will not be deleted, but no additional vouchers will be provided if the corresponding companion already exists in your team. - The Rank Reset Voucher will not reset your stat points. = Stat Reset Potion = A. This item will reset all the stat points applied to your character. B. Your reset stats will be converted into status points that you can use to increase your stats again in the Character Info (F1) window. Press Shift and right-click to apply 10 points at a time. IMPORTANT 1. The Reset Pack will be released as four different DLCs, one specific to each server region, being tagged as [NA], [EU], [SEA] or [SA] accordingly. DLC products are region-exclusive, meaning they can only be redeemed in servers of their corresponding region (e.g. Fresh Start Packs tagged [SEA] or [SA] cannot be redeemed in Klaipeda, Orsha or Fedimian). Make sure to confirm your server region and carefully check the region tag of the DLC before you purchase. 2. Each DLC can only be purchased and redeemed once per Steam account. Accounts that have already purchased the Reset Pack will no longer be able to purchase this DLC for servers of the same region. 3. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server.

The daily reward will depend on the total number of days you logged in during the event period. - Each reward can only be received once per day, per team. STEP 2. The Log Calendar is 21 days, so after you collect all 21 daily prizes, the calendar will restart, and on the next day you will receive the prize corresponding to Day 1.
