  Greetings, Saviors!   It's cold winter but the hope of warm spring still resides. Clear the event and raise hope for the Spring!     Event Period   From the scheduled maintenance on January 14, 2020 To the scheduled maintenance on January 28, 2020   Who Can Participate   - All characters of level 50 and above   How to Participate   STEP 1. Enter the Road To Spring event mission by interacting with the Event Notice Board NPC. You may enter the event mission once a day per character, regardless of Token usage. All entry count will reset at 06:00 EST.    STEP 2. Complete the event dungeon by defeating the monsters of various stages within 10 minutes and win Spring Cube x5.    STEP 3. Your first cleared mission of the day will also provide Flower Petal x1, Blessed Shard x1, and Snow Spray (30 Days) x1, which you can retrieve from the Event Notice Board. You can win these items once a day, per team.    STEP 4. Play the Road To Spring mission every day and exchange your Flower Petals for more rewards. The first 5 Flower Petals can be exchanged for Tricolor Treat Hairpain x1. Additional 5 Flower Petals can be exchanged for Spring Cube x25.    Spring Cube Rewards   Each cube contains one of the following random items.    - Goddess Sculpture (14 Days) x1 - Miracle Seeds (14 Days) x1 - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x3 - Premium Awakening Stone (14 Days) x1 - Golden Anvil (14 Days) x1 - Attribute Points: 1,000 (14 Days) x1   BONUS Secret Reward   - Play the Road To Spring mission and find an Ice Bag hidden within the mission map. The Ice Bag can only be obtained once per team throughout the event period.    Important   - The accessories and Blessed Shard can be traded and transferred via team storage. All other items are untradable but transferrable via team storage.  - All unused Flower Petals and Spring Cubes will be automatically deleted during the scheduled maintenance of February 4th, 2020.

Apologies and compensation for the recent issue

Greetings, Saviors.   This is a follow-up notice regarding the new year event issue.   First of all, we offer our sincerest apologies to all players affected by our miscommunication when handling the related issue.   The direct cause of the problem was a date error that occurred every time a player moved to and from certain areas when using auto matching and its associated systems, forcing the main system to send out the daily rewards repeatedly. The difference between date reset timings of each server were the fundamental cause.   The issue has been resolved without need of a maintenance at EST 10:00 pm / BRT 12:00 am / CEST 4:00 am / SGT 11:00 am and the issued suspensions have been lifted.   Even though the system error could result in overpayment of the event coins even during normal gameplay without any intention of exploit, it was considered as a system abuse without a clear understanding of the situation and the sanctions were carried out to prevent further heavy increase in the coin. We apologize again for our hasty decision.   As previously informed, the suspensions issued to prevent further problems and facilitate the investigation were ‘undated’ temporary sanctions. Due to an internal communication error, some enquires have been misdirected with answers saying ‘indefinite/permanent ban’. Again, we apologize for this. In order to prevent such affairs in the future, we will make sure to set clear terms and guideline for the teams.   We will give out the following compensation with the meaning of apology. You can claim the compensation at your team storage.     1. To all players    - 1,000 Attribute Points (14 Days) x5    - Golden Anvil (14 Days) x5    - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x5    - Event Mysterious Magnifier x5 2. To players who had been suspended (additional compensation)  - x8 EXP Tome (14 Days) x3  - Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x2  - Instanced Dungeon Multiplier x4  - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher x2  - Challenge Portal Scroll x4   Also, we will provide additional 15,000 coins for all players and 25,000 coins (15,000+10,000) for the suspended players through an event NPC after the next scheduled maintenance and post another announcement for more information. Regarding the recent suspension of players

  Greetings, Saviors.     The event exploit we posted an announcement about previously is still under investigation and the final decision regarding to the matter have not yet been made. We wanted to let you know that the players who have been banned have only been banned temporarily while our team confirms and fixes the issue.     A miscommunication within imcGAMES caused the misleading answers to tickets, which informed players that the bans given out were permanent. We have a strict set of regulations that we follow prior to issuing a permanent ban, which requires our staff to identify the issue with close scrutiny.     We sincerely apologize to the players who have been affected by the confusion caused by the miscommunication between our staff members. We are working hard to resolve and correct the issue at hand and to provide a satisfactory solution to all players affected by this issue.     Once again, we offer our sincerest apologies to all Saviors who we have confused over the issue.  

Warning on Abusive behavior on 2020 is Here Event

Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has come to our attention. - An issue with the event coin that can be acquired repeatedly beyond the limitation. We confirmed the cause and substance of the abuse, and anyone who abused the event was punished. Anyone who gain or use the event coin in excessively abusive manner in the future will be punished as well. We will apply fix as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
