Rota's Special Support: Chapter 2

  Good news, Saviors!   The Mercenary Post's Manager Rota has extended her support for the latest Tomb of the White Crow unique raid! Her services now include the Tomb of the White Crow raid as well as Astral Tower Closed Quarters!         Event Period     FROM the scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on August 6, 2019       Who Can Participate     - All characters of level 380 and above       How To Participate     STEP 1. Talk to Mercenary Post Manager Rota in the city of Klaipeda and volunteer to help the Shadowmancer Master defeat the Skiaclipse. You can participate in the event twice per day, per character (resets at 06:00 EDT, once for Ignas and once for Skiaclipse). STEP 2. Enter the Unique raid, defeat the Skiaclipse and clear the Tomb of the White Crow. STEP 3. Return to Manager Rota and receive your reward: Rota's Special Support Box x1! STEP 4. Open the Support Box to receive one of the following random items.   - Silver Ichor Extraction Kit (14 Days) x1 - Enchant Scroll (14 Days) x1 - Raid Portal Stone x2 - Combat Support Box x1       Important     - You can now receive a total of 2 Rota's Special Support Box per day: One for Ignas and one for Skiaclipse. - You can still clear The Tomb of the White Crow raid during the event period without talking to Rota, but you will NOT receive the event rewards. - You can clear The Tomb of the White Crow raid more than once a day with the same character, but you will only receive one reward per character per day. - All event rewards can be transferred via Team Storage, but Support Boxes and timed items cannot be traded with other players. - Unopened Support Boxes will be automatically deleted during the scheduled maintenance on August 6, 2019.

The Lore You Know: Nak Muay

The true origin of our hidden class, Nak Muay, is shrouded in mystery. Although Muay Thai dates back centuries, its roots and prominent figures are heavily debated amongst modern scholars. What can be agreed on, however, are its traditions and the existence of a man known as the father of Muay Thai.  Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand, and those who practice its craft are called, Nak Muay. Muay Thai is a form of fighting that utilizes the whole body – hands for solid punches, elbows for sharp blows, knees for powerful strikes, and legs for lethal kicks – giving it the second name:  the “art of eight limbs.” This fighting style also consists of three different combat distances, each with their own techniques. The signature tattoos, wards, amulets, and ceremonies of the Nak Muay are there to increase the fighter’s good fortune and to ward off bad luck or whatever evil spirits that may follow them into the ring.  The origins of Muay Thai are still unclear as much of its history has been lost. However, there is a prominent figure from Muay Thai history that is celebrated every year on, March 17th. The father of Muay Thai, Nai Khanom Tom.      Nai Khanom Tom was a historical hero turned legend. In 1774, Nai Khanom Tom was one of thousands of Thai prisoners that were taken captive by King Mangra, the Burmese King, after the Burmese invaded and destroyed Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of Thailand. Because the Burmese also had their own form of martial arts that was similar to Muay Thai, King Mangra, during a special festival, wanted to see which fighting style was superior. For this trial, Nai Khanom Tom was selected to go head to head against one of Burma’s best champions. Nai Khanom Tom prepared for the fight by performing the ritual of Wai Khru Ram Muay, where the fighter circles the ring in a counter-clockwise direction, prays at each corner, then performs a dance that expresses their respect to their teacher, parents, and ancestors.      The Burmese were mesmerized by the dance, thinking it to be some sort of black magic, and as such, when Nai Khanom Tom defeated his opponent, the referee deemed it invalid. The king then sent nine other fighters, one-by-one to go against Nai Khanom Tom and he defeated them all without taking a single break in-between. King Mangra was so impressed that he said, “Every part of you is blessed with venom, even with your bare hands you can fell ten opponents,” and granted Nai Khanom Tom his freedom and the freedom of his fellow Thais.     This famous story illustrates the best attributes of Muay Thai: the willingness to face against any odds and to win not only for oneself but for others -- thus proving that the path of the Nak Muay is a tough one, but its rewards, just as great. Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead (Jun '18)

  Greetings, Saviors! If you’re looking to get a head start on your first TOS adventure, now is the time! Every month we are welcoming all rookie players with a massive level boost!   Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on May 29, 2018 TO the scheduled maintenance on June 26, 2018 Who Can Participate - Players of Team Level 1 How to Participate STEP 1. If your team is at Team Level 1, head out to your nearest Event Notice Board to receive one Boost Pack (14 Days) (it will be received all at once on the first character you use the Notice Board with):         - Note that Team Level and Character Level are different. Your Team Level is calculated according to all the characters and/or companions you have in your Lodge (you can check the top part of the screen at your Lodge to see your Team Level). STEP 2. The Boost Pack will contain a Team Level or Character Level milestone that your character will need to reach in order to receive the corresponding rewards (see Boost Pack Rewards).         - There are a total of 6 milestones you can reach, with the top milestone at Character Level 220 / Team Level 3.         - Every time you reach a new milestone, the Boost Pack gives you another round of rewards (see the Boost Pack Rewards below)! Boost Pack Rewards Reach the level milestones to receive the rewards! NOTE: Items tagged as [TIMED - XX Days] have an expiration date and can only be used within the period mentioned in the item’s description in-game, eg. if an item is marked as “30 Days”, it must be used within 30 days after you acquire it. After those 30 days, the item will expire and you will no longer be able to use it. After that, the rewards can be changed for future iterations of the event. - The Boost Pack can be received only 1 time per team. - Items with time limits cannot be moved via Team Storage and they will begin to count down as soon as they are received in your character’s inventory. - Rookie Savior’s Tomes do not stack with themselves (you cannot use more than one at the same time to multiply their effects).

'Fan Art Fest: Merry Me' Begins!

Ho ho ho, Saviors! You know what time it is! Another FAN ART FEST for the Holiday Season! This time it will be called ‘Fan Art Fest: Merry Me'. The usual rules, policies and details will apply but keep in mind that it should be Holiday season themed. That means, it should be related to Christmas, New Year, Hannukah or at least Winter. Also, please keep it within the T rating of the game (don't be on our naughty list). Also, as always, the work has to be Tree of Savior related. The submitted works will have a chance to be on in-game loading screens and receive certain prizes. [FIXED] Schwarzer Reiter Mount Stat Bug
