[UPDATED] Known Issues: March 14, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. The issues below have been detected after today's maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once they are resolved. 1) Addons affecting map exploration - Using addons will make map exploration reset under certain conditions. The issue can persist even after uninstalling the addons. We believe this problem could be affecting other functions in the game. Please check any addons you may have installed if you encounter issues similar to this. [UPDATE]: We have found that this problem is not caused exclusively by the use of certain addons. We are working to find a solution for it. 2) Auto Match button occasionally not responding - The Auto Match button in instanced dungeons and missions will occasionally fail to respond after being clicked. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.

Greetings, Saviors. The issue below has been detected and we are working to fix it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once the issue is resolved. 1) Lolopanther Area rewards not being received upon continuing the challenge to Solmiki Area - Accepting the challenge to continue on to the Solmiki Area of Earth Tower after completing the Lolopanther Area will consume one daily entry but will fail to produce the corresponding reward. For the time being, in order to successfully receive the Lolopanther Area reward, we advise you to abandon the Solmiki challenge before you return to it. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Greetings, Saviors. The issues below have been reported since the end of today’s maintenance and are expected to be fixed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once these issues are resolved. 1) Server List Showing Incorrect Servers - Upon opening Tree of Savior, the server selection list shows ‘Tree of Savior 1’ and ‘Tree of Savior 2’ instead of the correct list of regional servers. 2) Client Freezing on Server Selection - Upon opening Tree of Savior to the incorrect server selection list mentioned above, the client will freeze and become unresponsive. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Greetings, Saviors. The following is a list of pressing issues and bugs that have been reported to us and are currently being worked on. 1) Buffs canceling after moving maps - Certain buffs are known to get automatically canceled whenever the character moves to a different map, even when there is still time left on the specific buff. 2) Unable to equip bracelets in [NA] Klaipeda - Characters have been reportedly unable to equip any bracelet items in channel 1 maps of the [NA] Klaipeda server. Equipped bracelet items will also automatically unequip upon changing to channel 1. 3) Unable to enter Team Battle League - There is an ongoing issue with certain characters being unable to enter Team Battle League matches after queuing up, resulting in only part of the team members joining the battle. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Certain bug reports have been delivered to us regarding the Giftful Season Event Rewards. - The number of Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) not appearing properly. We would like to assure you that it is only the number you see is misrepresented and the correct number of the item is applied to the system so they can be used without a problem. - We are aware of the issue where Enchant Scroll (14 Days) received from the Giftful Season event gets stacked with the now-voided Enchant Scroll (14 Days) from previous events thus rendering them unusable. 2) The issue with entering Team Battle League is currently being fixed. We apologize for any and all inconveniences, these issues might have caused. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Server Lag Issue We have received reports of lag from our users after the last maintenance, mostly from [SEA] Telsiai server. 2) Certain Red Seeds Issue There have been certain bug reports regarding the red seeds and the event. We are investigating the issues. 3) Buffs Getting Removed When Changing Maps When a character player moves to a different location some buffs (Namely "Sacrement") getting removed. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. At the moment, issues involving client crashes or shutdowns are our number one priority. GENERAL 1) Client Crash When Using Certain Skills Scout - Flare Shot Murmillo - Cassis Crista Plague Doctor - Mask Sadhu - Out of Body Bokor - Effigy * Please, let us know of more details and if the issue occurs with other skills as well. We are currently in the process of fixing the issue. 2) VGA Graphic Error Crash Issue The game shutting down with a VGA Graphic error message. 3) Chat Bug Being only able to see normal chats. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL Team Battle League Rewards Issue: “The Spoils of Battle Spoiled” The Team Battle League event 'Survival and Victory' rewards being unable to be redeemed in some cases. Please, send us a support ticket, if that is the case. Skill Level Up Effect Issue: “I'm Sorry, I'll Re-equip That Again” Skill Level Up effect on the gear requiring to be requipped when moving to a different map. Character Head Spinning: “You Spin Me Round” The character's head spinning in certain cases. GvG/TBL Rankings Problems : “Rankings Deserve Some Spanking” The GvG and TBL rankings incorrectly appearing. SKILL & STAT Falconer - Hovering : “Angry Video Game Bird” The hawk not coming back to when using the skill 'Hovering' Rodelero - High Kick: “Duration Description Deviation” Duration of the skill incorrectly appearing as 0 in the skill description. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL Controller Mode Info In Korean: “Ancient Korean secret, huh” The info window for Controller Mode is in Korean. Dropped FPS After the Patch: “Za Warudo” Frame rate issues after the patch in certain situations. Connection Issues After the Patch: “Notorious I.P.F.” Game crashing after the patch. A friendly reminder: Please, try to log in after uninstalling any and all add-ons. If the problem persists please let us know via Support Ticket. Mouse Mode Issues : “Mouse Infestation” Certain skills not working properly in a mouse mode. SKILL & STAT Barbarian – Cleave: “Cleave to Leave” The skill crashing the game when used. Swordsman STR Not Increasing Block Penetration: “0% Penetration 100% Frustration” Despite the recent patch note, Swordsman’s STR stat not increasing Block Penetration.
