Known Issues: November 24th
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Server Lag Issue We have received reports of lag from our users after the last maintenance, mostly from [SEA] Telsiai server. 2) Certain Red Seeds Issue There have been certain bug reports regarding the red seeds and the event. We are investigating the issues. 3) Buffs Getting Removed When Changing Maps When a character player moves to a different location some buffs (Namely "Sacrement") getting removed. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.
Known Issues: October 18th
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. At the moment, issues involving client crashes or shutdowns are our number one priority. GENERAL 1) Client Crash When Using Certain Skills Scout - Flare Shot Murmillo - Cassis Crista Plague Doctor - Mask Sadhu - Out of Body Bokor - Effigy * Please, let us know of more details and if the issue occurs with other skills as well. We are currently in the process of fixing the issue. 2) VGA Graphic Error Crash Issue The game shutting down with a VGA Graphic error message. 3) Chat Bug Being only able to see normal chats. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster. * Please, try uninstalling add-ons for the game and see if the game runs without the issue. If that is not the case, please, let us know.

Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL Team Battle League Rewards Issue: “The Spoils of Battle Spoiled” The Team Battle League event 'Survival and Victory' rewards being unable to be redeemed in some cases. Please, send us a support ticket, if that is the case. Skill Level Up Effect Issue: “I'm Sorry, I'll Re-equip That Again” Skill Level Up effect on the gear requiring to be requipped when moving to a different map. Character Head Spinning: “You Spin Me Round” The character's head spinning in certain cases. GvG/TBL Rankings Problems : “Rankings Deserve Some Spanking” The GvG and TBL rankings incorrectly appearing. SKILL & STAT Falconer - Hovering : “Angry Video Game Bird” The hawk not coming back to when using the skill 'Hovering' Rodelero - High Kick: “Duration Description Deviation” Duration of the skill incorrectly appearing as 0 in the skill description. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL Controller Mode Info In Korean: “Ancient Korean secret, huh” The info window for Controller Mode is in Korean. Dropped FPS After the Patch: “Za Warudo” Frame rate issues after the patch in certain situations. Connection Issues After the Patch: “Notorious I.P.F.” Game crashing after the patch. A friendly reminder: Please, try to log in after uninstalling any and all add-ons. If the problem persists please let us know via Support Ticket. Mouse Mode Issues : “Mouse Infestation” Certain skills not working properly in a mouse mode. SKILL & STAT Barbarian – Cleave: “Cleave to Leave” The skill crashing the game when used. Swordsman STR Not Increasing Block Penetration: “0% Penetration 100% Frustration” Despite the recent patch note, Swordsman’s STR stat not increasing Block Penetration. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs that we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL Face Disappearing When Using Fireball: "Dullahan Problem" Losing the character's face when equipped with Love-Wave Perm and usingf the 'Fire Ball' skill Going Over the Iron Gate: "Hang On A Second" Being able to pass through the iron gate in Catacombs Underground Dungeon by using the Falconer's "Hanging Shot" Elongaged Cooldown: "Travel-Weariness" Skill cooldown increasing when changing channels Stuck When Using Quest Teleport: "You Shall Not Pass!" Getting stuck after using the quest completion warp. Slowed FPS After a Cutscene: "If I Could Save Time In A Bottle" FPS getting slowed after a cutscene. QUEST The Legendary Trick(2)': "Transformation Malfunction" The transformed appearance being improperly printed if changing equipment while being transformed during the 'The Legendary Trick(2)' quest. Memorial Ceremony(3): "Multi-Tasking" Being able to use skills while collecting Butterfly Fragrance during the 'Memorial Ceremony(3)' quest. SKILL Cryomancer- Snow Rolling: "Impaler Escaper" Being unable to cast Cataphract's "Impaler" skill on a Cryomancer even after the Cryomancer's Snow Rolling has been completed in a friendly duel. Hunter- Hounding: "What a Drag" The companion draging a character with it when it is hit with the Hunter's "Hounding" skill and attacks the character. Swordman- Bash: "Bash Not! Even! Once!" The knockback effect not applying to the target. Rodelero/Thaumarturge - Shield Bash/Transpose : "Man of Health and Taste" Being able to increase health stat to an absurd amount by using Shield Bash or Transpose Dievdirby - Statue of Goddess Laima: "Idle Idol" Certain skills not receiving the cooldown buff from the skill. Linker- Physical Link: "A Problem Shared Is A Problem Doubled" Damage is not reduced when using the skill. Corsair- Jolly Roger: "Folly Roger, More Like" Damage buff not working. Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs that we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL - Infinite Jump: "Fly Me to the Moon" The problem of being able to reach an unreachable height by using Warp fuction. - Multiple Item Crafting Issue: "Overwork" When crafting multiple items, automatically cancelling the process (Working on it) - Unrideable Companion: "Must Be This Tall to Ride" After getting incapacitated, your character being unable to ride the companion in Lv 190 dungeon. - Invisible Cube: "Show Me the Cube" Cube items dropped by boss monsters not appearing properly. - Chat and Friends List: "So Lonely…" After a client crash, broken chat texts appearing and Friends List getting wiped. - Wrong Name on the Journal: "Yognome On Parole" Confined Yognome' registering on the Adventure Journal as 'Yognome' - Weapon Swap Issue: "No Swap For You" The weapon item on the Weapon Swap slot not disappearing after registering and completing a collection. - Wrong Gem Selected: "These Are Not the Gems You Are Looking For" When crafting an item that require a gem item as its ingredient, the system selects the foremost gem item rather than the intended and selected gem. - Wrong Item Drop: "Yognome Droppings" The monster 'Confined Yognome' dropping items far below the appropriate level. - Trade Limits Issue: "Numbers Do Lie" The problem of Number of Trades Allowed not changing even after Token 60-Days or Token double use. - Ashaq Prison Issue: "Doin' Time In Ashaq" Getting stuck and lag occurring on a lift in Ashaq Underground Prison 1F - Item Mislabelling: "You Had One Job!" The problem of item names not printed properly when putting in and out of Base Camp Storage QUEST Saule Goddess Quest: Problem of NPC not responding Hauberk in the Maze Quest: Even after defeating the monster, nothing happening Pull out the Metal Plate' Quest: Being able to obtain Metal Plate without removing the vines in the 'Pull out the Metal Plate' quest. SKILL Cryomancer Snow Rolling: 1) A Cryomancer character being unable to move when casting Snow Rolling after receiving the 'Fade' effect from a Cleric character.- 2) Snow Rolling skill causing the affected monsters to stand still and getting knocked back. And also the problem of monsters under the skill's effect, attacking the player character. Ice Bolt: Character freezing when changing weapon while the meter is still charging. Subzero Shield: Freezing the player character when getting the bleeding damage while the 'Subzero Shield' is on. Psychokino Teleportation: Activation discrepancy between the Mouse Mode and the Keyboard Mode whe using Psychokino's 'Teleporation'. Gravity Pole: 1) The visula effect for Psychokino's Gravity Pole getting cut in a certain way 2) Causing Client Crash Druid Carnivory: The grass objects on the ground appearing improperly when Druid casts 'Carnivory' skill in Demon Prison. Shapeshifting: Getting the unattainable skills from the monsters. Alchemist Magnum Opus: Unable to craft multiple items Fletcher Cross Fire: The problem of Fletcher's Cross Fire skill having a counter despite it has no cooldown. Thaumaturge Transpose: Losing HP when using Thaumaturge's skill 'Transpose' again while its effect from the previous casting is on. Rodelero Shield Bash: CON not changing after getting hit by Rodelero's 'Shield Bash'. Oracle Clairvoyance/Resetting: The Oracle's skills 'Clairvoyance' and 'Resetting' not working properly against the monster 'Pavaisa'. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Priest Blessing: Unable to be applied to Sadhu in an Out of Body state.
