Correction to Santa's Secret Soiree Event Details
Greetings Saviors, The description for the Santa's Secret Soiree Event has been changed as follows: - Saviors can draw up to 246 times (1 Free/ 4 Bonus) when they use Mercenary Badges - Saviors can only draw one free draw on 50th Draw For Clarification: To maximize the total 246 draws allowed during the event, players need to fully utilize their chances every time they encounter Santa. For example, if you encounter Santa, you must perform all 5 draws (1 Free/4 Bonus) available in that single encounter. Skipping Bonus Draws after a free draw during an encounter or drawing fewer than 5 times would result in fewer total draws by the end of the event, preventing you from reaching the maximum of 246 draws. We apologize for any confusion caused and will make every effort to provide clear and timely notifications moving forward. We will provide compensation by distributing 5 [Event] 9th Anniversary Gift Tickets to all Saviors. Please receive the following item before the scheduled maintenance on January 14, 2024. [UPDATE] Patch Without Maintenance: December 11, 2024
Greetings Savior, On December 11, 2024, a patch went live on KST 19:03 due to the following changes: - Normalized Santa's appearance rate in Challenge Mode/Goddess Raids - When upgrading [Jurate] advanced belt and spaulder from the 9th Anniv. Roulette, the upgrade stats are not being applied - When Santa appears in Goddess Raids, Add. Reward Voucher and Exit NPC is not visible Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.
[UPDATE] Temporary Maintenance: December 11, 2024
Greetings, Saviors! We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the following issues: - Unable to purchase Collection: Angler - When Santa appears upon completing Challenge Mode Solo, the player is kicked out after 3 seconds - Popo Boost Icon is invisible - The Command Prompt briefly appears when moving between the maps - Angler's Rod is not market tradable [Maintenance Period] [KST] 14:30 to 17:00 (December 11, 2024) [EST] 00:30 to 03:00 (December 11, 2024) [CET] 06:30 to 09:00 (December 11, 2024) [SGT] 13:30 to 16:00 (December 11, 2024) [BRT] 02:30 to 05:00 (December 11, 2024) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Greetings Savior, On December 10, 2024, a patch went live on KST 17:56 due to the following changes: - Santa Zemyna Modeling Issue - After opening the Leticia Cube, opening the Homecoming Santa Sack displays the "Continue Shopping" UI - The Command Prompt briefly appears when moving between the maps - Advanced Goddess Ichor Fragment II does not apply breakthrough Stats when used - Global Only: Popo Boost Premium Ticket is not shown in TP Shop Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. [UPDATE] Known Issue: December 10, 2024
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Advanced Goddess Ichor Fragment II does not apply breakthrough Stats when used. We are currently working on to fix this issue. Until the issue is resolved, we kindly ask that you refrain from using this item. - We will provide compensation to all Saviors who obtained Advanced Goddess Ichor Fragment II prior to the issue being resolved. - Global Client W Server Only: The 'Popo Boost Icon' becoming invisible after applying for the event. - The Popo Boost Icon will automatically appear after 7 hours on December 10, 10:00 (EST). If you experience any issues after the icon appears, please submit a ticket so we can address the problem promptly. - Popo Boost Premium Ticket is not shown in TP Shop - Global Only: The 'Popo Boost Icon' becoming invisible after the patch without maintenance We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it.
