[UPDATE] Known Issue: September 22, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) [Harmony][Lv.480] Enhance Aid in the event shop is shown as [Harmony][Lv.470] Enhance Aid - This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. 2) Last week's weekly reward of Remnants of Bernice Dungeon can not be received - Reward will be given to the saviors who didn't receive last week's Remnants of Bernice Dungeon reward according to the stage they cleared. ※ We have deeply searched for solutions but due to internal issues, Rank 1~3 reward will be excluded from the compensation. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 20, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Can receive Must Do Guide Reward twice ▶ The issue will be fixed next week during the maintenance on September 27th. You will not be able to receive all rewards from Must Do Guide until the issue is fixed. So please do not use the items, if you received the reward from the Must Do Guide twice. ▶ We are withdrawing the rewards received multiple times. The consumed Purified Breath of Power will also be withdrawn by taking away the EXP of the Res Sacrae it was used during the scheduled maintenance in the future. ※ Do NOT use the rewards obtained more than once. 2) The server instability that occurs occasionally in all servers after the recent update We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. When the issue is resolved for sure, we will compensate the saviors for the recent inconvenience. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Compensation Regarding the Unexpected Closure of Event
Greetings, Saviors! Due to the Temporary Maintenance on September 19, 2022, we will be giving out the compensations as follows. A. GM's September Surprise Gift Box Event - The saviors who received the event reward at least once will be given the box of the day after the box they received during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ex1) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 6: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 7 + [Event] Neon Hanaming ex2) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 1: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 2 B. Expired Items of Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event - Items with the [Harmony] header, which has purchased from Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event Shop and the expired during the temporary ~ scheduled maintenance, will be given again during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - These items can be used for a week and will expire during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ※ Please note that the schedule and the details of how the compensation is given can be changed.
