[EDITED] [Fixed] Known Issue: December 19, 2023
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Popo Boost Event icon is missing in the Klaipeda (NA), Fedimian (EU), and Silute (SA) server This issue has been fixed by patch without maintenance on 16:56 KST. Please restart the game for the normal appliance of the fix. We recommend Saviors on the W server to restart again as well to prevent possible errors. Greetings Savior, On September 09, 2025, a patch went live on KST 20:04 due to the following changes: - Unable to start Area 1~5 of Infernal Realm Ashaq - Infernal Realm Ashaq buff/debuff is not being translated - Belliora Clones in auto match gives MVP rewards Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. Patch Without Maintenance: February 19, 2025
Greetings Savior, On February 19, 2025, a patch went live on KST 19:06 due to the following changes: - When opening Jurate's Blessed Random Cube A, you will intermittently receive a Jurate Cube reward instead. - Please send us a ticket if you received the Jurate Cube reward, and we will retrieve the obtained items and grant a Jurate's Blessed Random Cube as a compensation.
