Penalty levels for Automated Behavior Detection (Standard) will be adjusted - Previous: Warning → 15 days → 30 days → 90 days → Permanent - Revised: 15 days → 30 days → Permanent 2. Added policy regarding Linked Accounts Involved in Violations 3. Added detailed Account Restriction Policy and Penalty Table (same standards as existing ones) ✅ Detailed Changes Account Restriction Policy: 1. Penalties are applied based on the type of violation and the number of offenses. In some cases, lighter penalties may be issued. 2. Any unjust gains from violating the policy may be revoked. If 100% recovery isn't possible, additional sanctions may apply. 3. If repeated violations are detected from the same system environment (IP, PC, etc.), related accounts may be treated as one and restricted accordingly. 4. Even if an account did not directly commit a violation, involvement with such actions may result in penalties equal to the offending account. 5. Accounts linked to previously penalized accounts may face the same penalty severity as the original account. [UPDATE] Known Issue: December 20, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The weapon appearance items of 'Goddess’ Glory - Furry Friends' is not added to the equipment storage. This issue will be fixed during the maintenance on December 27th. For those who have already applied the weapon appearance of the Furry Friends theme to the gear, we will remove the applied weapon appearance and send an item equal to the removed appearance via the Market Retrieve Tab of the character. The weapon appearance items will be sent to Market Retrieve Tab during the maintenance on January 3th.
