We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the following issues: - Expanding Cranto Coast/Galeed Plateau/Fasika Plateau channel - Multiple characters can not talk to the same NPC at the same time - The graphic of the Gap Crab is not shown as intended - [UPDATE] If one of the party members obtains a Gravegolem Core while proceeding with the quest, the other party members can not obtain the item - [UPDATE] Block Re-enter buff is applied when participating in the Isle of Despair Auto Match Raid [Maintenance Period] [KST] 17:30 to 18:40 (February 6, 2024) [EST] 03:30 to 04:40 (February 6, 2023) [CET] 09:30 to 10:40 (February 6, 2023) [SGT] 16:30 to 17:40 (February 6, 2023) [BRT] 05:30 to 06:40 (February 6, 2023) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Patch without Maintenance on May 23, 2023
Greetings Savior, On May 23, 2023 a patch went live on KST 17:45 to fix the following issue. - The issue that Reset Points Helper NPC can not be seen. Please note that this was applied to the game immediately, without the need for a separate patch download. Please restart the client and play the game for the normal application of the patch contents below. Thank you.

Regarding the Blockade Battle Rank Reward
Greetings Saviors, We'd like to inform you about this week's Blockade Battle Rank Reward. We've noticed that Blockade Battle monsters with excessively high HP/Defense have been affecting this week's Blockade Battle rankings. As a result, we will be giving out additional rewards based on the final Blockade Battle ranking results next week as follows: - If your Season 200's Blockade Battle Ranking Reward is less than your Season 201's Blockade Battle Ranking Reward, we will award additional rewards to make up the difference. - Additional rewards will be awarded for all Blockade Battles, including Drogoon, Baubas, and Giltine. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 22, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) [Harmony][Lv.480] Enhance Aid in the event shop is shown as [Harmony][Lv.470] Enhance Aid - This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. 2) Last week's weekly reward of Remnants of Bernice Dungeon can not be received - Reward will be given to the saviors who didn't receive last week's Remnants of Bernice Dungeon reward according to the stage they cleared. ※ We have deeply searched for solutions but due to internal issues, Rank 1~3 reward will be excluded from the compensation.
