[UPDATE] Known Issue: March 12, 2021
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Temporary Server Instability on Telsiai Server Due to this issue, some users find trouble while connecting to the server, or in-game functions or responses could be delayed or not working as intended. We are currently aware of the issue and going to fix it as soon as possible. If there are any updates, we will let you know that through our Known issue notice. Patch without Maintenance on July 4, 2023
Greetings Savior, On July 4, 2023 a patch went live on KST 17:08 to fix the following issue. - Engineer Complete Package contains Vaivora Vision - MAX Power Voucher instead of [Lv4] Vaivora Vision Register Voucher - Cannot move to Engineer Class Master via Goddess Statue - Engineer Class is included in the eligible classes for reset - Typing error in Engineer Class title of Weekly Boss Raid - Cannot apply Fix Kit on Arrow Turret while Repeating Crossbow attribute is 'ON' Please note that this was applied to the game immediately, without the need for a separate patch download. Please restart the client and play the game for the normal application of the patch contents below. Thank you.
[UPDATE] Announcement regarding Weekly Boss Raid
Greetings, Saviors! Starting from April 29th and on, Weekly Boss Raids on all global servers will become identical to the W server, as such, Weekly Boss Raid will become unavailable starting from April 29th (Monday) to until April 30th (Tuesday) on all servers. There also will be additional adjustments to the difficulty of Weekly Boss Raid. As such, we would like to kindly advise you to claim all Weekly Boss Raid rewards as soon as possible before April 29th. Thank you for your understanding.

Known Issue: February 18, 2021
Greeting saviors, Unable to receive Weekend Login Reward from Giltine Raid Event. This issue has been fixed. Due to the issue, we have postponed the ending period of Giltine Raid Event to March 9, 2021. During the postponed period, you can receive Weekend Login Reward from March 3, 2021 to March 7, 2021. (Weekend Login Reward can be received from 6 am to next day at 5:59 server time during the designated days) You can check on event details here.
