Known Issue: October 1, 2021 - Recycle Medal
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Burdensome Ribbon, Heart Candy, Shining Silver Anvil cannot be changed into Recycle Medals. Burdensome Ribbon and Heart Candy will be able to be exchanged into medals during the scheduled maintenance next week. But for the Shining Silver Anvil, it was initially designed as an unexchangeable item and won't be available to exchange. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, and the tooltip will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance next week. [UPDATE] Regarding the Recent Server Instabilty
Greetings Saviors, As mentioned in the previous Known Issue, the following issue has come to our attention: - [Fixed] Server Instability in all servers → [Fixed] TP purchased in NA/SEA/SA server is not displayed in the Steam Inventory During the process of fixing the recent server instability issue, we found out that this issue is connected to the function where the purchased currency of the game is displayed. [Compensation for the Issue] We have fixed the issue and Goddess Token (Vakarine): 50,000 x20 (total: 1 million) will be given as compensation to all Saviors. - This will be sent to the mailbox and will be removed after 2 weeks (~10/14). Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Unable to purchase items from TP Shop - [Fixed] Connection fails when using the translation function - [Fixed] Some new items in the Mercenary Badge Shop are shown as already purchased - When proceeding with the EP 15-2 quest in a party, an error occurs after the [The Battle] quest → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023. - Unable to find Laima NPC when proceeding with the quest in Laima's Sanctuary → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023. Please note that this NPC can be seen when completing every quest in EP 12-2. - The reward of Res Sacrae is given as the previous season's Goddess Token → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023. - [Fixed] Evolution does not work on [Lv.500] Demonic Weapon → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023.
