Known Issues, April 10, 2019
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have recently come to our attention. - Shinobi clones spawned using Bunshin no Jutsu not following the player character - Player character freezing for around 30 seconds when attempting to pet their companions. The devs are aware of the above issues and currently in the process of reviewing them. We will let you know through the announcements on any progress made regarding the known issues. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Known Issues - April 21, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars in Genar Field and Inner Wall District 8 - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session except for Galeed Plateau. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Known Issue: July 13, 2021
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Some users in TOS Support Guild have no authority. For those who have no authority, Guild Community won't be able to be used. The authority will be given during the scheduled maintenance on July 20, 2021. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
