[UPDATE] Known Issue: September 5~6, 2023
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Unable to purchase items from TP Shop - [Fixed] Connection fails when using the translation function - [Fixed] Some new items in the Mercenary Badge Shop are shown as already purchased - When proceeding with the EP 15-2 quest in a party, an error occurs after the [The Battle] quest → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023. - Unable to find Laima NPC when proceeding with the quest in Laima's Sanctuary → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023. Please note that this NPC can be seen when completing every quest in EP 12-2. - The reward of Res Sacrae is given as the previous season's Goddess Token → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023. - [Fixed] Evolution does not work on [Lv.500] Demonic Weapon → This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on September 12, 2023. [UPDATE] Regarding the Recent Server Instabilty
Greetings Saviors, As mentioned in the previous Known Issue, the following issue has come to our attention: - [Fixed] Server Instability in all servers → [Fixed] TP purchased in NA/SEA/SA server is not displayed in the Steam Inventory During the process of fixing the recent server instability issue, we found out that this issue is connected to the function where the purchased currency of the game is displayed. [Compensation for the Issue] We have fixed the issue and Goddess Token (Vakarine): 50,000 x20 (total: 1 million) will be given as compensation to all Saviors. - This will be sent to the mailbox and will be removed after 2 weeks (~10/14). Please receive the item within this period. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, IMC staff

[All servers] - Cannot receive or open Homecoming Gift Item - Cannot find [Skill Transmutation Helper] Kupole in Orsha channel - Unable to maintain Solid Skin buff of Baud Kantribe Accessory - Honorary Medal is registered multiple times at the Exchange Shop - HP of monsters increase by the number of players in party [W] - Cannot translate the name of field bosses - Cannot translate the Spot Area of Guild Territory War - Cannot open User shop - Able to re-enter Wailing Graveyard - Party members who did not affect the monster's HP at the start of the mission will not allowed to re-enter after the start of the mission. - The icon of the dropped item is different from the actual item - HP of monsters increase by the number of players in party - Ranking record of Wailing Graveyard is initialized with the above issue - Visual Bug - Wailing Graveyard's BGM didn't come out normally [NA/EU/SA] - Cannot enter Pilgrim (Exteme) and Wailing Graveyard [Maintenance Period] [KST] 18:00 to 19:00 (April 27, 2022) for W server [KST] 18:00 to 20:00 (April 27, 2022) for Global server (NA/EU/SA) [EST] 04:00 to 06:00 (April 27, 2022) [CET] 10:00 to 12:00 (April 27, 2022) [SGT] 17:00 to 18:00 (April 27, 2022) [BRT] 06:00 to 08:00 (April 27, 2022) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within 2 weeks. Patch without Maintenance on April 26, 2023
Greetings Savior, On Wednesday, April 28, several patches went live to fix the game. Please note that this was applied to the game immediately, without the need for a separate patch download. [KST 18:50] - Fixed the issue that the HP of Monsters from the Challenge mode being abnormal - Fixed the issue that the position of the Dual Color Boater (Hari costume) being abnormal - Fixed the issue of not receiving Popo Point when purchasing Goddess' Glory and Leticia's Secret Cube ▶ popo points not received will be given in the future. - Fixed the issue that Subzero Shield (Cryomancer) can only be used while equiping a shield Thank you.
[UPDATE] Known Issue: September 27, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Cannot purchase 30 TP bundle from all server in Steam store page 2) TP purchased in NA/SEA/SA server is not displayed in the Steam Inventory - Due to the server instability issue, this measure will be temporarily applied. ※ This measure can be gradually applied to other servers as well. 3) The reward that was supposed to be given properly from Must Do Guide has been withdrawn - The items mistakenly taken away will be given back during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - We will exclude the amount already used when giving back the reward. 4) The update week of the Weekly Boss Raid Total Damage Reward in the patch note on September 19-20, 2020 was misguided - The reward table will be updated on October 3, 2022.
