Known Issue: August 24, 2021
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Gem cannot be moved to the team storage. You can move the Gem to the character as follows. 1. Register [A Gem] to the equipment that has a socket. 2. Put the equipment with the gem to the Team Storage. 3. Log in to the character that you want to have the Gem. 4. Talk to the Blacksmith NPC and click [Socket Management] 5. Register the equipment and click [Extract Gem] It may be inconvenient, but this will help you move your gem to another character. We are having Free Skill Gem Extracting event until the scheduled maintenance on September 28, 2021. (Click here for the details.) Thus, there will be no silver consumed and no destruction. Known Issues, April 10, 2019
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have recently come to our attention. - Shinobi clones spawned using Bunshin no Jutsu not following the player character - Player character freezing for around 30 seconds when attempting to pet their companions. The devs are aware of the above issues and currently in the process of reviewing them. We will let you know through the announcements on any progress made regarding the known issues. Care for Division Singularity entry count
Greetings Saviors, Some of the items in Mercenary Badge shop are going to be changed on the scheduled maintenance on February 2, 2021. With this maintenance, care for the total count of Division Singularity entry is scheduled. ■ Mercenary Badge shop change are as follows: Before After Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher (1 day) Division Singularity One Entry Voucher Division Singularity One Entry Voucher (1 day) ■ Care for Division Singularity entry count Target Saviors who have entry count accumulated due to using the existing Division Singularity Entry Voucher Item Division Singularity One Entry Voucher (1 day) - Non-tradable/ Permanent item [Division Singularity One Entry Voucher (1 day)] item can only be used when the entry count is 0 Amount Total number of accumulated entry count will be given. The entry count is reset. ※ Following care will be processed during the scheduled maintenance on February 2, 2021. ※ [Division Singularity One Entry Voucher (1 day)] item will be given to the Market Retrieve tab of the first character on the character list.
