Compensation Regarding the Unexpected Closure of Event
Greetings, Saviors! Due to the Temporary Maintenance on September 19, 2022, we will be giving out the compensations as follows. A. GM's September Surprise Gift Box Event - The saviors who received the event reward at least once will be given the box of the day after the box they received during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ex1) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 6: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 7 + [Event] Neon Hanaming ex2) Saviors who received GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 1: GM's Surprise Gift Box - Day 2 B. Expired Items of Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event - Items with the [Harmony] header, which has purchased from Kingdom Reconstruction's Supply Event Shop and the expired during the temporary ~ scheduled maintenance, will be given again during the scheduled maintenance on September 27, 2022. - These items can be used for a week and will expire during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - The item(s) will be given via Market Retrieve Tab. ※ Please note that the schedule and the details of how the compensation is given can be changed. [RESOLVED] Known Issues: June 25, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) [RESOLVED] Incorrect Instanced Dungeon Bonus - Over the past weekend (June 23-24, 2018), instanced dungeons in the game dropped an additional Silver bonus upon being completed. This bonus is part of a weekend event that is being released this week (details announced later today), but some of the event data was incorrectly added to the game too soon. We apologize for the misunderstandings caused by this issue. The bonus will be applied as intended during the event weekends (please see the event announcement later today for more details). Thank you. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Greetings Savior, The following situation has come to our attention. - Attribute Point Box (Rank B) is appearing for the 150 open count reward. Please submit a ticket if you have received Attribute Point Box (Rank B) for a 150 count reward. We will exchange it with Attribute Point Box (Rank A) if you haven't used the item or send you 3 Attribute Point 1,000 if you have used the item. Event Period From January 6, 2024 To January 28, 2024 Who can Participate - All saviors How to Participate Step 1. Log-in to Tree of Savior on weekends (server time) during the event period. Step 2. Play Tree of Savior with special buffs and benefits! ▶The buffs and benefits of the month are as follows: ※ Please note that the timeline will follow the server time(EST/KST). Date Buff January 6 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Challenge Mode Reward January 7 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Reservoir of Corruption: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward January 13 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Memory of Flame Reward January 14 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Sinking Seizure: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward January 20 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Falouros: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward January 21 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Division Singularity (Auto Match, EX) Reward January 27 (Sat) EXP +100% Increase Delmore Battlefield: Goddess (Auto Match) Reward January 28 (Sun) EXP +100% Increase Challenge Mode Reward Important - Please note that the buffs do NOT stack.
