Greetings Saviors. Today we would like to address the topic of add-ons. It is our understanding that a large number of our players are currently using add-ons. With a big update like [Re:Build], add-ons become obsolete and even cause issues with the game as reported by the many of you through the tickets. This is why we thought it would be helpful to let our players know of some of the issues that are caused by add-ons and provide instructions for a clean installation in order to resolve the related issues. Some Issues know to be caused by Add-ons - Players not being able to add new skills to the Quickslot. - The issue where players click on a button in the game UI and getting no response. - Players' silver count missing a comma and the 1's being replaced by the letter i's in the silver amount display. How to Perform a Clean Installation of TOS STEP 1. Uninstall Tree of Savior from Steam by right-clicking on Tree of Savior in your Steam's library and clicking 'Uninstall...' from the dropdown menu. STEP 2. Locate the directory in which your Tree of Savior game is installed. By default, it should be C:₩Program Files (x86)₩Steam₩steamapps₩common₩TreeOfSavior STEP 3. Delete the TreeOfSavior game folder from its installed location. STEP 4. Reinstall Tree of Savior through Steam and enjoy the game. IMPORTANT - Add-on managers may not do the job in removing the installed add-ons completely. - Deleting only the Addon folder in the TreeOfSavior directory will not remove the installed add-ons completely. - Verifying the integrity of game files through Steam will do nothing to remove the installed add-ons.
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Temporary Maintenance on January 17, 2019. 1) The issue Where chat emotes are displayed as dots and is not displayed on the chat window when entered. 2) Priests being able to use Resurrect more than once per round in TBL contrary to its tooltip description. [FIXED] Hoplite normal attacks not dealing any damage in PvP situations when under the effects of Sharp Spear. Our devs are currently aware of the above issues and are currently working to resolve them as soon as possible. We will make sure to let you know by updating this announcement when the said issues have been resolved. Also, we are still in the process of working to restore the lost equipment for the players who have accidentally discarded their items while equipping gems and also compiling the tickets sent in for the return of appearance items as requested by users. [FIXED] Inventory errors caused by the [Event] Wind Runner item. [FIXED] Issue where Squire Repair Shops could not be used. [FIXED] Incorrect equipment restriction for some items. [FIXED] Incorrect damage increase for Lightning Hands While the above issues have been resolved, we are aware of the following issue that still remains: Players who have not yet been restored their items that have been discarded while equipping gems Please contact us via the tickets with the following information and we will process your requests ASAP. 1) Server 2) Team Name 3) Character Name 4) Approximate time/date item was discarded 5) Name of discarded item Important - Restored items can be found in your character's market retrieve tab. - Timed items that were discarded will not be restored - Consumables that were discarded will not be restored - Other miscellaneous items will not be restored Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. We will soon perform a short maintenance on all servers in order execute the following actions: 1) Expand server machines for a smoother play environment 2) Correct 'No Data' and mistranslation errors. 3) Add the correct English text in the Guild Promotion Board UI when deleting a post. 4) Fix Wind Runner issues: you'll be able to equip and store the item in your inventory as intended. 5) Disable Fire Property: Explosion effects (this is a temporary measure in order to reduce the load caused by this attribute). 6) Correct Pardoner buff shop UI: you will be able to see the corresponding values as intended. 7) Fix missing monster gem UI text. 8) Correct the damage increase in Lightning Hands. 9) Correct equipping restrictions in certain items. 10) Make weapons with gems equipped no longer discardable, in order to avoid unintentionally discarding them. 11) Restoration of items that were discarded while equipping gems between the after the Scheduled Maintenance on January 15 and today. - Restored items can be found in your character's market retrieve tab. - Timed items that were discarded will not be restored - Consumables that were discarded will not be restored - Other miscellaneous items will not be restored - If your item has not bee restored during the temporary maintenance, please contact us through the tickets. Greetings Saviors! To celebrate the introduction of the new Outlaw and Assassin classes, we are giving our players the chance to obtain rare costumes for the two new classes! See below for details. Event Period FROM the scheduled maintenance on January 15, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on February 12, 2019 Who Can Participate - All characters that have advanced into the new Assassin and Outlaw classes (once per team) How to Participate STEP 1. Advance into the new Outlaw or Assassin class available in the Scout class tree. STEP 2. The rare costume for the class you advance into will be given to you in your character's inventory. Important - You must be advanced into the Outlaw or Assassin class to be able to equip the rare costumes given in the event. - The costumes obtained from the selection boxes cannot be transferred via team storage. - The costumes will be available to purchase at the Beauty Shop from after the scheduled maintenance on February 12, 2019.
