We’ve been receiving reports of a couple of issues that have recently started affecting missions in the game. Boss monsters have been known to drop no silver or cubes, and show no ranking after being defeated. We would like to let you know that we are aware of these issues and currently working to get them fixed as soon as possible. We will ask you to kindly report any problems you encounter with a ticket via our Support page. Please provide any details possible regarding what mission/dungeon you played, whether your party was auto-matched or premade, and any other useful details. There is a possibility that these errors are caused by large level gaps within members of the same party, so please include your character level and your party members’ as well when you submit your report. At the moment, issues involving client crashes or shutdowns are our number one priority. GENERAL 1) Client Crash When Using Certain Skills Scout - Flare Shot Murmillo - Cassis Crista Plague Doctor - Mask Sadhu - Out of Body Bokor - Effigy * Please, let us know of more details and if the issue occurs with other skills as well. We are currently in the process of fixing the issue. 2) VGA Graphic Error Crash Issue The game shutting down with a VGA Graphic error message. 3) Chat Bug Being only able to see normal chats. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster. * Please, try uninstalling add-ons for the game and see if the game runs without the issue. If that is not the case, please, let us know.

Q1. It is difficult to see how lenses and hair dyes will look on characters before purchasing them. Will there be a way to see what it will look like on the character before the purchase to prevent bad decisions? We have developed a way for you to preview what the items will look like on your characters. We hope that you will be able to make more satisfactory purchases with this preview function which will be implemented in the not too distant future. Please keep a close eye on future patch notes to see it. Q2. kTOS recently had a major revision of the Enchant Scroll and Gems that changed a lot of the currently established norms. We are wondering if there will be a similar revision to the current Monster Card system. While we may decide to add new cards to allow more diverse usage, we currently do not have any plans on revising the Monster Card system. If we do decide to make any major changes, we will be sure to announce them beforehand, so make sure to read any announcements on the Official Website. Q3. It is nice to finally be able to trade more items via the Market system. We are now finally able to trade Gems and Monster Cards which is great for enhancing character abilities. However, it is difficult to find them unless we know exactly what to search for since they do not have a separate category in the Market. We are planning on creating separate categories in the Market to allow easier perusal of Monster Cards and Gems. We hope that this will aid you in your search for those elusive cards that are preventing you from creating your preferred build. Q4. A large part of playing an MMORPG is having fun with friends. As such, it would be nice if the option of using the automatic party matching system in a pre-made party. As avid gamers ourselves, we understand that being unable to find a party with friends made things difficult. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that the ability to use the automatic party matching system from a pre-made party has been developed. Please read future patch notes carefully for when it will be implemented. - Preview and Purchase UI - Instanced Dungeon and Mission Entry UI p.s The feature of UI can be changed for the future patch.

After the latest patch on October 11, besides the problems stated in our previous announcement here, there have been other issues commonly reported by players in-game and on our forums. These include bugs in quests and the ‘Commander Load Fail’ error, among others. Some problems were shown to be solved after today’s temporary maintenance, namely the missing Event TP and titles mentioned in the announcement linked above, as well as the reported Enchanter shop UI errors. We would like to make known that we are in the process of further investigating the remaining issues, and kindly ask for your understanding and patience while we find a solution for them. Missing Event TP and Titles Some users have reported their Event TP items and ‘Happy-go-Lucky’ titles obtained from the previous ‘Crystal Root Lottree’ event going missing after the latest scheduled maintenance. We would like to let you know that we are working on fixing this issue and will restore the missing TP and titles as soon as possible. Other Issues We would also like to announce that we are looking into other issues reported after today’s maintenance and will update you after they are solved. Please note that, depending on your region, even after the patch your client could take some time to sync with the server.
