Known Issue: January 27, 2026
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Unable to purchase items from the TP Shop when attempting to spend more than 1,000TP at once. - The Golden Sunfish Event has not ended. The event will be extended until the scheduled maintenance on February 10, 2026. - The 10th Anniversary Attendance Check has not ended. Rewards can be claimed until January 27, 2026, at 23:59 (KST). - The Santa Teliavelis NPC was not removed. The NPC will be removed during the scheduled maintenance on February 3, 2026. Players may continue to use the NPC until then. Santa Teliavelis NPC will NOT appear in contents and raids We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Greetings Saviors, We would like to annouce the end of Limited Kupoles Sales will end during the scheduled maintenance on January 27, 2026. The following Kupoles will be no longer available. - Fruity Sweet Gabija - [REVIVE] Santa Zemyna - [REVIVE] Tropical Gesti Following the end of the limited sale, current Kupolw Mileages will be reset, so please make sure to use them all before the maintenance. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - When verifying file integrity in Steam, market search feature doesn't work Please do not verify file integrity before the issue is fixed! We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. In the meanwhile, if you have verified the integrity, please delete all Tree of Savior files in Steam and download again. If the game client is not functioning properly, please try deleting all Tree of Savior files in Steam and download again. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
