'Fan Art Fest: Merry Me' Results!
Greetings Saviors. We have had so many great submissions for the Fan Art Fest: Merry Me. We'd like to thank every one of participants and those who have supported this event through comments and likes as well. Now, after several rigorous internal voting sessions, we have selected quite appropriately 10 artworks that will be on the ingame loading screens. We would like to remind you that is was no easy task picking just a few from all the great and spooky artworks. So, if your submission was not selected please, don't be discouraged. The following is the list of artworks that are scheduled to be included in the loading screens after the Scheduled Maintenance of December 20th. Winners will also be awarded the in-game title of 'Gifted Artist', and 300 TP during the maintenance period. Click on the forum name to visit the submission post. Greetings, Saviors. The submission period for our Fan Art Fest: Merry Me has ended. Thank you all for your participation and support. We have had so many jolly and merry artworks and great enthusiasm from other users as well. The winners would be announced and included in the game next week. We are always grateful for having such loving and supporting fans.

Known Issues: December 14th
Greetings, Saviors. The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them. GENERAL 1) Certain bug reports have been delivered to us regarding the Giftful Season Event Rewards. - The number of Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) not appearing properly. We would like to assure you that it is only the number you see is misrepresented and the correct number of the item is applied to the system so they can be used without a problem. - We are aware of the issue where Enchant Scroll (14 Days) received from the Giftful Season event gets stacked with the now-voided Enchant Scroll (14 Days) from previous events thus rendering them unusable. 2) The issue with entering Team Battle League is currently being fixed. We apologize for any and all inconveniences, these issues might have caused. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.
