[UPDATE] Temporarily Server instability Issue at Silute Server
Greetings Saviors, We faced the server instability issue at BRT 22:14. The Team immediately noticed after the situation has happened, and reacted promptly. The Server issue at Silute is now properly fixed and the server is working again. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by Server instability in this good weekend. Greetings Saviors, The following issue has recently come to our attention: - Inaccurate event notice for the Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event We would like to let you know that this is not a bug but a mistake on our part in preparing the event notice. The Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event was meant to provide players with +1 A or B-rank item with every 25 cubes opened. [NA] / [SA] Channel Maintenance Notice
Greetings Saviors. We are currently performing a temporary channel maintenance operation in the [NA] Klaipeda server, in order to investigate and correct the NPC errors reported earlier today (click to see the Known Issues announcement). The process is already complete in [SA] Silute, and we will update this announcement when the maintenance in [NA] Klaipeda is also complete. Our apologies for the late notice. In the meantime, you may experience instability in the city of Klaipeda and/or other maps, and the channels being repaired will appear to crash. Please note that this is necessary in order to fix the issue and stabilize the channels. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Announcement Regarding Borutos Kapas
Greetings Saviors! We would like to announce a couple of changes made to the new Borutos Kapas raid. 1. Issues with the Boruta spawn times have been resolved We have resolved the issue where Borutos Kapas did not spawn on the correct times during the weekends. The final schedule for the Borutos Kapas raid will be as follows: Weekdays: 19:00 - 01:00 local time (EST/CEST/BRST/SGT) Weekends: 14:00 - 03:00 local time (EST/CEST/BRST/SGT) 2. Mark: Borutos Kapas will temporarily be disabled The visual effects and the debuff for Mark: Borutos Kapas will be temporarily removed until the issues that it causes server-side is resolved. First Territory Wars Beta Test Complete
Greetings, Saviors! Today was the last session of our one-week Guild Territory Wars beta test period in [NA] Klaipeda. We are immensely grateful to everyone who participated in the test and took the time to contribute with valuable feedback through the GTW survey and our forums. We managed to gather a very good amount of data on the new content, which we will be using to further tweak and improve its playability. Now that the test period is over, there are few things we would like to make known regarding the future of GTW in [NA] Klaipeda. Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, [NA] Klaipeda guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of (Wednesday) May 2, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until April 24, 2018 will be considered for these rewards. Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions in [NA] Klaipeda to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the server’s live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for additional rewards. 2) The additional tests may not take place at a regular schedule or in a regular duration. The sessions may be interrupted, shortened or extended according to the needs of the test. 3) We cannot guarantee regular performance or stability in any of the additional test sessions. 4) You may see occasional system messages related to Guild Territory Wars in [NA] Klaipeda. Thank you again to all the guilds who joined us in the GTW tests so far. We will use the data collected during this test to improve optimization and playability issues and prepare for a new round of tests according to how the development of the Territory Wars progresses.
