[UPDATE] About further Restricted Accounts and Item, Silver Recovery

About Restricted Accounts   We have to announce the today completed procedures with extra restricted accounts.   Just like we announced on the former announcements that we have already punished the one conducted such illegal behaviors. And during that process we also restricted       A. Those who shared same IP address, especially who have trade record during this incident.     B. Those who registered and sold items with excessive overpricing.       But there still could be innocent users could be effected on both cases above, we’ve been conducted an extra investigation on those users. Since the nature of this investigation, it requires play pattern and all-inclusive verification. We also apologize for that much of time consumed during this procedure.   Today, the investigation process has almost completed and we also sent each person a compensation that we caused another inconvenience. I would suggest to log in and check if the accounts are now safe and back to normal, and the items are received on message box correctly.   We also apologize for that we didn’t give correct and sufficient information via ticket or any other channel. Even to process such investigation in Top priority but it is true that we didn’t announce sufficient information to calm the restricted users during this work. We will be going to provide more detailed information with the reasons categorized reasons something for example, like A and B above.         With Item and Silver Recovery   As we announced on 2nd of October 2018, “Actions Against Illegal Silver Acquisition and Market Abuse”, the ones whom still facing with missing item, or a Silver are mostly the process of retrieve/recovery is not yet completed.   We also have found some players from the forum that still facing issues with item recovery or the silver, with this investigation and the process comes to complete, we expect the recovery will also going to be done.    Which means, there will be only two status will be left.   Those who considered as Abuser will going to stay as permanent Ban or those who considered as a normal user will going their item or silver will be recovered.   There will be no, partial result something like taken partial silver with no item issues.   We expect everything to be completed on upcoming maintenance.   Again we apologize for those who faced such inconveniencies and for your patience for waiting for us.   [UPDATE] Silver returned to the player's market retrieve tab will be able to be withdrawn after a 24 hour wait period. Items returned to the market retrieve tab can be withdrawn immediately.

[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance and short FAQs

Dear, Saviors. We have conducted an additional maintenance as it was revealed that some accounts were omitted from our previous silver retrieval process. Once again, we would like to sincerely apologize for having caused such an inconvenience with our continued maintenances. All players are given with the following items as compensation for the additional maintenance: - Token time extension + 4 hrs - Enchant Scroll (14 days) x5 - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 days) x4 All accounts that were omitted from our retrieval process are currently under a temporary restriction, which will be lifted in approximately three hours. We will let you know when the retrieval process is complete through the announcement and we will also make sure to deliver additional compensations should there come to a need for the processing time to be extended further.   The followings are the short Q&A from the frequently asked questions.   1. My silver is gone. - We have returned the item you've listed on the market as it was purchased by an account that acquired silver illegally.  2. My silver is gone and I also can't find my item. - This will be the case where the item sold on the market has already been consumed. In such a case we will need to investigate further before making reimbursements.  There will be further announcements with regards to this issue. 3. I've recently used the market to trade but nothing seems to have changed for me. - Retrieval process will only take place when the item you have listed on the market has been purchased using silver that has been acquired illegally. 4. I am banned even though I haven't acquired any silver illegally. - Most accounts that are currently restricted would have been so only temporarily in order for us to carry on with our silver retrieval process as mentioned above. - It is most likely that your account has not been permanently banned so we must ask for your patience in waiting for us to complete the retrieval process. - But all accounts that have knowingly listed items well above the market price were deemed to have taken part in market abuse or illegal silver transfer and banned permanently as a result. - As such, we have banned only the accounts that sought to exploit the recent situation but please feel free to make an inquiry through the tickets if there are any objections. 5. What will you do if the accounts that illegally acquired silver have already spent their silver on attribute points and such? - As previously mentioned, all accounts that sought to make a profit by listing items on the market well above the average market price have been permanently banned. - We have also retrieved all silver that has been earned via market transactions with the accounts that acquired silver illegally.  - All transactions that took place at smaller sums and at fair market price have been left as is. - We believe that we have managed to retrieve most of the illegally acquired silver at the current time but if you know of any suspicious activities that you would like us to investigate, please let us know through the tickets.

Actions Against Illegal Silver Acquisition and Market Abuse

Dear, Saviors. First of all, thank you for your utmost patience and we at IMC would like to sincerely apologize for having kept our players waiting all these hours. We would like to make a couple of announcements regarding the actions taken on the issues of illegal silver acquisition and the subsequent abusive market usage. All affected accounts will either have their item restored or silver returned to them after further investigation. - For accounts that no longer possess the items to be retrieved and also do not have enough silver for us to retrieve, we have left such accounts untouched provided that the items had been listed on the market at a fair price. - All players who have deliberately listed items at a high price on the market for the purpose of profit or transferring silver between accounts have been and will continue to be banned as the investigation progresses. Most of the illegally acquired silver spent on the market have been successfully retrieved through the process detailed above and we are currently doing our best to examine the cases where further investigation is required. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
