[UPDATE] Daylight Saving Maintenance March 10, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. There will be a brief maintenance on ALL SERVERS to adjust our systems for the end of Daylight Saving Time on March 10, 2018. The maintenance will last for a two-hour duration and the scheduled times will be as follows: [EST] 01:40 to 03:50 [BRST] 06:40 to 08:50 [CEST] 10:40 to 12:50 [SGT] 16:40 to 18:50 We will send the compensation during the next scheduled maintenance on Mar 11-12, 2019. Goddess' Blessed Cube: Feb 26, 2019
Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.
Enchanter Shop Buff Removed Temporarily
Greetings Saviors. We have temporarily removed the Enchanter Shop's Divine enchant that grants 5% increased Cleric buff durations due to an unresolved issue caused by Enchanter Shops. The shop's Divine enchant will be returned once the issue has been resolved and will stay removed from the Enchanter Shops until further notice. Thank you for your cooperation. [COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - Feb 20, 2019
Greetings, Saviors. We will shortly begin a period of temporary maintenance across all servers in order to correct the following issues: 1) Players being unable to craft items or enhance gems/cards. 2) V key not working for quest items. 3) Discrepancies in the Wake Up Enhancement Package (see link here for updated announcement). 4) Potion recipes appearing as finished potions in the Wake Up All-in-One Package. 5) Popo Points not increasing with TP spent (players who already spent TP will be compensated with the corresponding PP during the maintenance). Maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 01:30 - 03:30 [BRT] 03:30 - 05:30 [CET] 07:30 - 09:30 [SGT] 14:30 - 16:30 We will update this announcement once maintenance is complete. Regarding the Issue with GTW
Greetings Saviors. It had recently come to our attention that many players were barred from participating in Guild Territory Wars with an in-game message that said they could not participate for 14 days because of abandoning a guild. We have found out that this was caused by an error in the way which the game checked the player entry restrictions and guild membership and we will be patching the game to resolve the issue during our Scheduled Maintenance on February 19th, 2019. As the majority of our players could not participate in GTW, we deemed that it would only be fair that we reset the seize status for ALL SERVERS that resulted from GTW that just took place over the past two days. This means that tariffs will not be distributed to the guilds that successfully seized the spot areas, and all tariff rates for all cities across all servers will be manually reset until the next GTW session. Please note that the timed items related to the event(e.g. potions) will not be removed.
