This includes items crafted using one or more affected material items and gems enhanced using one or more affected items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that there was no serious offense committed. Compensation has been sent to the accounts released today and special compensation will be provided after the investigation of all accounts is complete. (Please read previous announcements for more information). We will proceed to analyze and release more accounts as the investigation continues. And we apologize for the wait but it takes us some time to properly process all affected accounts. We are working very hard to complete our investigation as quickly and as thoroughly as possible so that our players can return to the game. We thank you in advance for your understanding!
[SEA] Varena Server Access Issue SOLVED
Greetings, Saviors! Some of you might have experienced some difficulties accessing to [SEA] Varena such as an error message informing users that they cannot access Telsiai server. Announcement regarding connection issues
Greetings Saviors! We would like to make an announcement regarding connection issues that certain players have been having since July 26th, 2016. Please try connecting to the game after making sure that you are not using any addons. If you still have issues connecting to the servers without any addons installed, please let us know via the ticket system. [SA] Stuck Character Problem Fixed
Greetings, Saviors! Recently, a large number of players in [SA] Silute were affected by a problem where their characters were stuck in certain maps, unable to login to the world. We would like to announce that this issue was fixed by redistributing the server's channels, and stuck characters should now be able to login to all areas as normal. If you find that you are still unable to login with any of your characters in [SA] Silute, however, kindly send us a ticket on our Support page. On your ticket, make sure to mention the affected map and channel so we can work on further improving the server's condition. 'Fan Art Fest: Merry Me' Results!
Greetings Saviors. We have had so many great submissions for the Fan Art Fest: Merry Me. We'd like to thank every one of participants and those who have supported this event through comments and likes as well. Now, after several rigorous internal voting sessions, we have selected quite appropriately 10 artworks that will be on the ingame loading screens. We would like to remind you that is was no easy task picking just a few from all the great and spooky artworks. So, if your submission was not selected please, don't be discouraged. The following is the list of artworks that are scheduled to be included in the loading screens after the Scheduled Maintenance of December 20th.
