Will the titles from the Team Battle League transferred? - No. The Team Battle League titles are temporary titles which last for a season. It will not be preserved. 5. Will my friend list remain? - Yes. Your friend list will be transferred. 6. What happens to the items that I obtain from the New Growth Support Server? - All items except some event items will be preserved. Any event items that will disappear after the event will have a notification sentence on their tooltips. 7. Will the Adventure Journal be reset? - No. Only your ranking and points will be reset. If you already received the rewards, the rewards and record will be preserved. 8. Will my achievements transferred? - Yes. All of your achievements will be preserved. 9. Will my collections transferred? - Yes. All of your collections will be preserved. 10. What will happen to the monster cards? - They will be preserved. 11. Details on the Founder's Server and Regional Servers
Greetings, Saviors! We wanted to give you more details on the Founder's Servers and make an announcement on the current status of regional servers. [Founder's Server Details] Open : 2 a.m. EDT on the 29th of March, 2016 We have been able to get rough estimates of how many players will access the game during the Early Access period thanks to the sales data. Through our past experience, we’ve discovered what we call an optimal player-per-server ratio to allow pleasant gameplay. After looking at the data, we've decided to be more conservative than usual and lower the player-to-server ratio in order to make sure that there will be no waiting queues as we promised. We will have additional servers on standby in case there is a sudden influx of players when the servers open. An announcement will be made 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to opening those servers in such case. [Regional Servers] We are aware that many players have been requesting regional servers. However, we have come to the conclusion that we cannot create and sustain regional servers based on the data up to this point. Please take a look at the raw purchase data provided by Steam below for your reference. That being said, we will consider creating regional servers later down the line if we see enough support from those regions. Most importantly, we will be offering a 1-time Team transfer to regional servers if and when they are created. Only 1 Team transfer will be offered to each Steam account. [COMPLETE / CORRECTED] Temporary Maintenance
UPDATE & CORRECTION: This post previously included an incorrect announcement regarding re-opening Telsiai server to F2P users. The plan is not yet solid nor substantial enough to be announced. We are discussing about the plan at the moment and we will officially and announce it when it gets properly decided. We apologize for the confusion it might have caused. UPDATE; MAINTENANCE COMPLETE: Our maintenance on all servers is now complete and you should be able to access the worlds again. Fixed Issues: - The guild delete exploit has been fixed (see HERE for details). - Schwarzer Reiter attributes are now functioning as normal. After internal discussion, we have decided to schedule a release based on Option B which seemed to be the most popular to the majority of those of you that voted. Greetings, Saviors! The much-awaited Rank Reset Voucher, an item which allows you to redo the class tree of one of your characters, is finally arriving on December 27, 2016. If you’re considering using the Rank Reset Voucher, you will know that this item will also reset your learned attributes. While attributes learned before the reset can be relearned at no cost, we want to support your dream class tree even further by introducing a limited-time 20% discount to all attributes. See below for the details. About the Attribute Discount - All attributes will be available at a 20% off discount from the scheduled maintenance on December 27, 2016 until January 24, 2017. - The attribute discount will apply to every team and character (not just the ones using the Rank Reset). To ensure that you make the most of your Voucher, we would like to remind you of some important aspects you should keep in mind when retrieving and using this item. You will not be given additional Vouchers, so make sure you understand all the conditions and take all the precautions necessary. About the Rank Reset Voucher - During the scheduled maintenance on December 27, 2016, you will receive one ‘Rank Reset Voucher (14 Days)’ item in the Message Box, which is located inside your in-game lodge. - The Rank Reset Voucher can be retrieved until January 17, 2017 (EST). - Upon retrieving the Rank Reset Voucher from your Message Box, you will be asked to give it to one of your characters. The Voucher cannot be traded and cannot be moved via Team Storage, so make sure you are giving it to the correct character. - After one of your characters receives the Rank Reset Voucher, you will have 14 days to use it. The Voucher can no longer be used after the 14-day period expires. - Before you use the Rank Reset Voucher, make sure your character gathers all the conditions necessary. Accounts banned for UI addon use
Greetings, Saviors. Up until recently, a number of players were proven to be making use of addons to modify the game client and allow access to Market, Repair, Personal Storage and Team Storage UIs outside of cities without interacting with their corresponding NPC. We would like to announce that we have concluded our investigation of this abuse and the aforementioned UIs can no longer be accessed by abnormal means unintended by the game’s design. We will also be applying restrictions to all users found to have used the addons. A total of 5607 accounts were found to take part in illegal use of addons, of which: - 1151 had already been permanently banned and therefore their status has not been altered - 3462 had been previously restricted and will now be banned permanently, as this is their second known offense - 994 will be banned for a total of 30 days, as this is their first known offense Please remember that addons which alter any elements of the gameplay are not allowed and are punishable by temporary or permanent ban. If you find that your account has been unfairly restricted, however, kindly send us a ticket through our Support page so we may review your case. Thank you.
