List of Accounts Banned for Mystic Cube Exploit

Greetings, Saviors. On January 16, we released an announcement regarding the restrictions placed on the accounts of players who had abused an exploit to reset the Mystic Cube item. We have since conducted other investigations and applied restrictions (7 day-ban to permanent ban) on accounts found to have abused a different channel-crashing exploit to reset the Mystic Cube. In order to better inform those who may have been affected by restrictions and avoid further misunderstandings, we are sharing here a list of accounts banned for the issues explained above. Announcement regarding recent add-on incidents

Greetings Saviors, As we are now re-defining our policy on add-ons, it is only fair for us to lift any such restrictions made on June 14th regarding first and second time offenders that used certain functions of the cxAnywhere add-on to inappropriately access repair and selling functions. However, please note that any players found using the same add-on to will be penalized. We also believe that most of those players will now be more careful when selecting add-ons in the future. However, we will be much more strict should these players should be caught using abusive add-ons again.  There will be no compensation as the add-ons in question allowed inappropriate access to certain game functions.  It has also come to our attention that there is a specific add-on claiming to boost the luck of players. We would like to re-emphasize that any and all percentage based in-game content, such as item drop rates, are all controlled server-side. No client side alterations will affect the actual rate of server-side calculations. We also did some in-house testing of the add-on as soon as it came to our attention and confirmed that it did not affect any actual in-game data or any critical client-side files. While we do believe that the creator of the add-on in question meant no harm, this particular add-on caused quite a bit of confusion within the community, especially since the add-on creator made a video that could mislead players into believing that the add-on could help their chances when opening cubes. Please note that such add-ons that mislead players and cause unnecessary confusion amongst the playerbase may cause the creator of the add-on be penalized as well. Sincerely, IMC Staff

  Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g.  Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.

[COMPLETE] Re-opening of the [NA] Klaipeda and [SA] Silute servers and temporary suspension of certain accounts due to item retrieval procedures

Greetings Saviors, As previously announced, we are opening the [NA] Klaipeda and [SA] Silute servers for accounts which don't require items to be retrieved or other processing related to the recent DPK errors.   The servers will be open in approximately 30 minutes at the following times:   [UPDATED] [EDT] 10:40  / [BRT] 11:40 , June 3, 2017 Also, please note that some accounts will be temporarily suspended due item retrieval procedures and will be unblocked as soon as they are processed by us.   We will be setting separate guidelines for items with high and low DPK ratios and be retrieving the items based on those guidelines. Accounts shown to have traded large quantities of items or otherwise committed offenses will have all of the items seized and also have suspension periods levied based on the severity of their actions.    We will not be receiving tickets regarding this matter, so we would like to kindly ask for your understanding. There will be a separate announcement once the results have been finalized.   Compensation will be provided to those accounts that had merely been in possession of more than the usual number of items depending on the total duration of the restriction period through another announcement.   Finally, we wish to provide the following items via GM message to your Barracks as an apology for causing so much inconvenience with this issue. Coming Soon: Monster Card Equip, Transcendence, New Premium Items

​   Greetings, Saviors! Continuing our large-scale Big Brawl Update, that brought the Team Battle League and Regional Guild Battles to the international servers, we’re following up with a set of new features soon to be introduced to Steam. Here is a quick preview of some of the main additions you can expect to arrive in a maintenance not too far away. Monster Card Equip System Previously covered in our Developer’s Blog, this feature allows you to equip Monster Cards obtained from boss monsters into slots located in your character’s inventory. Each equipped card will then grant you different benefits that you can mix and match to your best advantage. You can check out the Monster Card Equip System dev blog post here for a better rundown of all the features, just remember that some aspects of the system can be different from the post by the time it is updated on Steam. Item Transcendence Transcendence is a new function that will allow you to improve the features of your equipment items, akin to item enhancement. To transcend an item, you will first need the ‘Blessed Shard’, a material obtained from a new mission soon to be introduced in the Saalus Convent region. With this material, you can purchase a recipe from an Accessory Merchant that will allow you to craft a Goddess Gem to transcend either a weapon, armor or accessory item. The transcendence process itself can then be completed at a Blacksmith NPC. More details about item transcendence are to come in a future announcement, so stay tuned to our news page. New Premium Items The updates we’re preparing include a whole range of premium cosmetic items to personalize your characters. The TP Shop will soon see the arrival of not only more thematic and class-specific costumes, but also hair accessories, hair dyes and contact lenses. Fedimian Server and Consolatory Notice

Greetings, Saviors.   Thank you for your patience throughout our launch for the past few hours. We are here to bring you news that our new Femidian server is ready to be opened within the next hour. Please keep in mind that this is a temporary EU server meant to accommodate players who wish to be transferred to our upcoming server in Europe. When we open the Femidian server, we will let you know through a new post announcing its release. Related announcement: https://forum.treeofsavior.com/t/temporary-eu-server-in-preparation/157179/   In addition, we would like to make an important announcement regarding the number of players accessing our Exclusive Access servers. Prior to the announcement, please accept our apologies for rather crowded servers with high traffics. We had initially planned 2 servers based on our sales data. They were sufficient enough to support the player base without waiting queues. However, there was an unexpected jump in sales a day prior to our scheduled launch date. There was an additional influx of sales, the amount exceeding well over a third of our most recent total sales, and the statistics were not observed in time due to the data refresh being queued. As a result, our players experienced heavy lags and connection issues, which is what we previously stated that we would prevent. In order to make up for the inconvenience we have caused you on the first day of our grand opening due to our inability to foresee this event, we would like to provide you with compensation. We will make a separate announcement later regarding the details. A great number of mistakes have already been made, but we hope to learn from this and deliver you a stable service and an enjoyable game. We would greatly appreciate your support in this endeavor.
