Greetings, Saviors! What are some ways to enjoy TOS even more? Our beloved Saviors, share your guides and tips with other players, everyone will be able to enjoy the game more together! All participants who share their guides will receive a participation reward - Token (30 days) Among these, selected best videos will receive additional rewards, and we plan to introduce the chosen content to other Saviors through channels such as the Steam community. Event Period - From April 25, 2025 to May 27, 2025 at 23:59:59 (KST) How to Participate - During the event period, post your Team Name and a YouTube video link to the Tree of Savior Steam Community - Videos. - Please include the [Event] tag at the beginning of your post title. - The video must include the #TOS tag and may include other tags such as #TreeOfSavior, #TOS_ShareYourTOSStory, and #TOS_Guide. - The video must be uploaded within the event period, based on YouTube's upload date. - Saviors may re-upload their published videos to qualify and fulfill the participation requirements. - Videos that do not meet the above conditions will not be considered for the event. Event Rewards & Criteria - Among the posts that meet all requirements, three best videos per category will be selected based on views, likes, and content quality. - You may include additional commentary or explanations about your channel or video. - If there are multiple excellent guides, we may exceed the initial number of selections, and all selected entries will receive rewards. - If there are not enough entries or the quality does not meet expectations, some slots may remain unfilled. - You may submit multiple videos, but only one best video per category per team may be selected. - Even if your video is not selected as a best video, all participants will receive a Token (30 days). Activate the Guild Chat a. You can bring energy to the guild chat window by saying hello to the guild chat when you log in or log out, or when other users log in. b. Answer the questions related to playing the game to solve guild member’s curiosity about the game C. Using Discord is okay, but since there are more guild members who don't use Discord, please keep in mind that Guild Chat must be used more often. 2. Play Guild Quest a. How to play Guild Quest: Guild Tower → Guild Quest → Select the Guild Quest you want to play → Go to the Guild Quest area → Enter via Guild Quest pillar after recruiting (space bar) (Sulivinas Lair and Demonic Sanctuary can be played:)) 3. Others a. Other stuff such as Card Album Party, run raids with guild members as party or so. - Please upload a screenshot or video in the Forum - Vice Guild Master category. (which you will be added once you become a VGM) ※ Please tag the VGM who've participated in the activity together. Important - You cannot declare Guild Territory War and other wars since the purpose of the guild is to help saviors to understand and adjust to the game and since there are too many members. - Vice Guild Master can send a request via forum post - Vice Guild Master category when needed. ※ The benefit of Vice Guild Master is 3,000 TP per month. ※ After reviewing the Vice Guild Master’s activity record, 1500 TP will be given every 2 weeks. ※ The first benefit will be given on May 9, 2025. Guild Quest TIP 1. Guild Tower Location: West Siauliai Woods 1 channel, near Statue of Goddess Vakarine - This location is only for the 1st guild tower. - Location may change from the 2nd guild tower and if so, Vice Guild Masters need to tell via Forum-Vice Guild Master category. ※ Refreshment Table is at Klaipeda. 2. How to create Guild Tower: Talk to Uska NPC at Klaipeda → Buy Guild Merchandise → Purchase ‘Build Guild Tower’ → Use the item in the installation location 3. If the participation rate is low, guide the progress and reward. - Guild Boss Raid: Click the Participate button, move to the location and defeat the boss monster together! - Guild Mission: Click the Participate button, move to the location and clear the mission! - ‘Guild Foundation’ repetitive quest is cleared when clearing Guild Quest twice a week. Known Issue: April 17, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Unable to purchase the Kupole Recruit Voucher x10 Special Package and Special Token Sack (Jurate) despite not having reached the purchase limit. We will make sure to reset the purhcase limit during next week maintenance. We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Compensations for Popo Boost Related Issues
Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the compensation process for the Popo Boost Event buffs that were not applied to accessories (W only). Details of Compensation: The [Enhancement Material Discount] buff was not applied before maintenance. → Players who enhanced accessories before the maintenance have been compensated with [Advanced Blessed Shard] and [Litis Powder]. The [Enhancement Rate Increase] buff was also not applied before the maintenance. → For enhancements attempted before maintenance, 50% of the used [Refined Black Pearl of Merregina] and [Goddess Token (Lada)] have been returned. Compensation has been provided regardless of whether the enhancement succeeded or failed. All the compensation items have been sent to the Market Retrieve Tab of the character that performed the enhancement. We will ensure that Global Servers are compensated as soon as possible. Additionally, we have provided the following items to all players as part of the compensation: - Refined Black Pearl of Merregina x150 - [Lv.510] Enhance Aid (Untradable) x60 - Goddess Token (Jurate): 50,000 x2 - The rewards has been sent to the Lodge Message Box, please receive it before April 20, 2025. [UPDATE] Known Issue: April 16, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - No messages appear when clicking on the Invite Your Friends event requirements (Saviors must have Lv.530 Character on your team to invite friends) - The deletion date for the Popo Boost Special Equipment Box is displayed incorrectly. The following item will be deleted on July 8, 2025. - The enhancement discounts are not being applied to the Popo Boost Bracelets We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Greetings Savior, On April 16, 2025, a patch went live on KST 14:15 due to the following changes: - Fixed the issue where the enhancement discounts are not being applied to the Popo Boost Bracelets - Fixed the issue where the Saviors were unable to enter the Invitation Code for Invite Your Friends Event Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. Greetings Savior, On April 15, 2025, a patch went live on KST 19:40 due to the following changes: - [W 2nd Anniv.] Companion EXP buff not applying correctly has been resolved. - The issue where the Popo Boost Event Enhancement discount and enhancement rate increase buff were not being applied to accessories has been fixed. - The issue where applying Vaivora Vision to the shield does not count towards the Popo Boost Growth Achievements has been fixed. - The issue where saviors without Level 530 characters could still view the invitation code for the "Invite Your Friends" event has been fixed. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.
