[UPDATE] Patch without Maintenance on April 26, 2023
Greetings Savior, On Wednesday, April 26, several patches went live to fix the game. Please note that this was applied to the game immediately, without the need for a separate patch download. [KST 17:45] - Fixed the issue that the clear record of the Wailing Graveyard is not recorded normally - Current ranking of the Wailing Graveyard is reset [KST 18:36] - W Server Only - The spawn location of the Follower monsters in the System messages is only written in Korean. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Some text lines in the W server are shown as Korean - Some text lines in the W server are shown as ...... - The item icon and name of some items dropped from the field are not shown as the actual item - The sale of Leticia's Secret Cube -April 11, 2023 is not closed - The item name of 'Recipe - [Lv.480] Skill Jewel x3' is shown as 'Increases the Skill Factor of [Instant Acceleration] by 1.25% per attribute level' : This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on May 2, 2023. - [Fixed] The [Special] W Celebration Package is not added to the TP Shop in [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian. and [SA] Silute server - [Fixed] TP can not be received from the Steam Inventory in the W server We have currently received the report that: - [Fixed] The reward of the Wailing Graveyard is only given to the Party Leader. The party members do not receive the reward or have the entry count deducted. : We advise the saviors to refrain from entering the Wailing Graveyard (Party) before this issue is fixed. - The user shop can not be opened by the user from the former SEA server We are currently aware of the issues above and trying to fix it. Compensation for Teams Deleted during TOS W Merge
Greetings Savior, We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [SEA] Telsiai during the [Tree of Saviors W] server merge. Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy. Target - Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (SEA, KR, JPN) that have applied for team recovery Period After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023 ~ June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) Category Details Period # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases. 1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on April 25, 2023～May 2, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 9, 2023. 2nd Request: May 2, 2023～May 8, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 15, 2023. 3rd Request: May 10, 2023～May 16, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on May 23, 2023. 4th Request: May 17, 2023～June 6, 2023 23:59 (KST) → Recovered on June 13, 2023. Procedure Category Details Overview # For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so. # The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using. ※ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ※ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.) Procedure 1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account 2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team ※ The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered. ※ The name of the newly created team will be applied. 3.
