Patch without Maintenance: October 22, 2025
Greetings Savior, On October 22, 2025, a patch went live on KST 10:08 due to the following issues: - Lag occurs on the second and third hit of Aether Blader's Arcane Collapse skill - Pink/Blue Speech Bubble becomes intermittently invisible - Modeling of some boss monster becomes invisible Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Constumes generated through Costume Collection can be registered to Guild Wardrobe - Client crashes intermittently when completing the raids We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. [UPDATE] Known Issue: November 18, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The issue where players who missed claiming last week’s Remnant of Bernice Dungeon rewards before maintenance are unable to receive them. We have identified the issue and will grant compensation to all players who did not receive their rewards prior to the November 25, 2025 maintenance. If you still have not received your compensation after the November 25, 2025 maintenance, please send us a ticket. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Update on issues regarding Remnant of Bernice Dungeon rewards We have confirmed an issue where last week’s Bernice Dungeon rewards could not be claimed following the November 18, 2025 update. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will provide the following compensation to all Saviors. Please check your Lodge Message Box. Regarding Archaeology Expedition Event
Greetings Saviors, After today’s temporary maintenance, we have identified an issue where unique stats such as Movement Speed and Damage Reduction are being applied in multiple lines in a single Archaeology relics. As a result, the amount of Movement Speed obtainable through Archaeology relics is being applied excessively compared to other items. After careful discussion regarding this issue, we have decided not to make any separate option or stat adjustments, taking into consideration that the Archaeology content is a time-limited event. When the event ends, all Archaeology-related items, including relics stats, will be expired. The exact end date of the event will be announced in the future. We sincerely apologize once again for repeatedly showing shortcomings during the update process of the Archaeology content and for causing significant inconvenience to your gameplay experience. Throughout the event period, we will closely review and address the valuable feedback from our Saviors, as well as the issues that arise. When the Archaeology system is officially introduced as permanent content in the future, we promise to return with a more complete and enjoyable experience.
