Patch without maintenance: April 7, 2024
Greetings Savior, On April 7, 2024, a patch went live on KST 23:49 due to the following issue: - The Challenge reward 5x effect from the Content Invitation is applied to New/Returning Saviors Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Thank you.
Regarding the Blockade Battle Rank Reward
Greetings Saviors, We'd like to inform you about this week's Blockade Battle Rank Reward. We've noticed that Blockade Battle monsters with excessively high HP/Defense have been affecting this week's Blockade Battle rankings. As a result, we will be giving out additional rewards based on the final Blockade Battle ranking results next week as follows: - If your Season 200's Blockade Battle Ranking Reward is less than your Season 201's Blockade Battle Ranking Reward, we will award additional rewards to make up the difference. - Additional rewards will be awarded for all Blockade Battles, including Drogoon, Baubas, and Giltine. [UPDATE] Patch without maintenance: April 4~5, 2024
Greetings, Saviors! On April 4th 2024, a patch went live on KST 20:53 due to the following changes: - The HP and Defense of Blockade monsters are higher than intended. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. On April 5th 2024, a patch went live on KST 12:13 due to the following issue: - The HP of the summons are lower than intended. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. Mercenary Badge : 50,000 x6 will be given to all Saviors due to recent server instabilty via mailbox. Please receive the compensation before April 30, 2024. Thank you.
Regarding the repeat entries to Season Challenge
Greetings Saviors, We have received multiple inquires from the Saviors about re-entering the Season Challenge until encountering a trespassing monster. Known Issue: Aprill 3, 2024
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The 'Mission 4' text of the Invite Your Friends event is mistranslated as 777 million when it actually is 77.7 billion This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on April 9, 2024. We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the following adjustments: - The rank and entry count of this week's Remnants of Bernice Dungeon is reset - The rank and entry count of this week's Weekly Boss Raid - Scout is reset - Skill balance of Swordsman/Scout is readjusted → Please check the April 1~2 patch note for the details of the readjusted values. - The tooltip regarding the Final Damage of Vaivora Vision Lv.4 is modified - The HP UI regarding Isle of Despair Boss monster's shield is fixed - Desperade's skill attack types is changed from Pierce to Weapon Type - The tooltip of [Arts] Last Man Standing: Death Sentence (Desperado) is fixed - The Mount Voucher - Faerie Dragon can not be traded via Market [Maintenance Period] [KST] 13:00 to 17:00 (April 3, 2024) [EST] 23:00 to 03:15 (April 2~3, 2024) [CET] 05:00 to 09:15 (April 3, 2024) [SGT] 12:00 to 16:00 (April 3, 2024) [BRT] 01:00 to 05:15 (April 3, 2024) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Greetings Savior, On April 2, 2024, a patch went live on KST 16:23 due to fix the following issue: - [W only] Cannot enter Challenge Mode Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. A patch went live on KST 17:11 due to the following fixes: - The Popo Boost icon is missing in Klaipeda(NA), Fedimian(EU), and Silute(SA) - The Tooltip of Godeye's Vaivora Vision is misguided Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above. A patch went live on KST 18:46 due to the following fixes: - Ark - Divine Retribution obtained by using the [Event] Popo Special Equipment Box - Scout can be traded via Market - Ark - Divine Retribution obtained by using the [Event] Popo Special Equipment Box can no longer be registered or dismantled. The trade property of the item will be fixed during the near scheduled maintanance. Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. On April 3, 2024, a patch went live on KST 11:49 due to fix the following issue: - The HP of some monsters in the Joint Strike Raid and others are lower than intended Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. A patch went live on KST 19:02 due to the following adjustment: - Season Challenge is adjusted as follows: - The entry count is deducted when defeating the trespasing monsters. - The reward upon completion is given when clearing the Challenge even of the entry count is deducted. - Additional members can not enter after talking to the NPC in the dungeon - Fixed the issue that the Bos monster intermittently does not spawn Please leave the current area or channel for the normal application of the patch above. [UPDATE] Known Issue: April 2, 2024
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The Faerie Dragon mount can not be traded This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on April 8~9, 2024. - An issue where the Season Challenge Mode is completed immediately on start We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it Season Challenge Mode has been disabled until the issue is fixed.
