Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The enhancement success rate for certain items has increased by more than twice We have decided to leave this issue in place until the maintenance on September 12. During this period, we will NOT be taking any action against players, so please feel free to enjoy the game. After the bug fix, the increased enhancement success rate will be included as part of the Popo Boost Event benefits. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server due to the following issues: - Unable to purchase Collection: Angler - When Santa appears upon completing Challenge Mode Solo, the player is kicked out after 3 seconds - Popo Boost Icon is invisible - The Command Prompt briefly appears when moving between the maps - Angler's Rod is not market tradable [Maintenance Period] [KST] 14:30 to 17:00 (December 11, 2024) [EST] 00:30 to 03:00 (December 11, 2024) [CET] 06:30 to 09:00 (December 11, 2024) [SGT] 13:30 to 16:00 (December 11, 2024) [BRT] 02:30 to 05:00 (December 11, 2024) The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Greetings Savior, On May 7, 2024, a patch went live on KST 16:19 to fix the following issue: - Leticia's Secret Cube is not present on Klaipeda(NA), Fedimian(EU), and Silute(SA) Please restart the client for the normal application of the patch above.
