[Link] STEP 2. Leave a comment in the post. - The comment must include the following: 1) The right answer (writing only the number is fine.) 2) Server name and Team name ※ Pressing ‘Like’ and 'share' on the Quiz of saviors post will increase the winning chance! Reward - Winners will be announced on the next event page on February 1, 2021. - Following rewards will be given to 15 users during the scheduled maintenance on February 2, 2021. Rewards: Attribute Points Box (Rank A) x1, Ruby Anvil (14 Days) x3, Golden Anvil (14 Days) x10 - Winners will be randomly picked from the users who have the right answer. We will conduct temporary maintenance on every server to fix the following issues: - Some collection Box can not be purchased from the Contents Point Shop - Multiple characters in a team can participate in the Popo Boost event - Black Market World Alarm is not set off - Some guide quests in the Popo Boost event can not be completed - The entry limit of the 8th Anniversary event dungeon is expanded [Maintenance Period] [KST] 14:00 to 16:00 (December 20, 2023) [EST] 00:00 to 02:00 (December 20, 2023) [CET] 06:00 to 08:00 (December 20, 2023) [SGT] 13:00 to 15:00 (December 20, 2023) [BRT] 02:00 to 04:00 (December 20, 2023) Due to the issue that the players can participate in the Popo Boost Event with multiple characters, the temporary maintenance has been postponed. We will announce the changes in this post later on. The compensation for the temporary maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed within a day. Known Issue: February 18, 2021
Greeting saviors, Unable to receive Weekend Login Reward from Giltine Raid Event. This issue has been fixed. Due to the issue, we have postponed the ending period of Giltine Raid Event to March 9, 2021. During the postponed period, you can receive Weekend Login Reward from March 3, 2021 to March 7, 2021. (Weekend Login Reward can be received from 6 am to next day at 5:59 server time during the designated days) You can check on event details here. Important - You cannot declare Guild Territory War and other wars since the purpose of the guild is to help saviors to understand and adjust to the game and since there are too many members. - Vice Guild Master can send a request via forum post - Vice Guild Master category when needed. ※ The benefit of Vice Guild Master is 3,000 TP per month. ※ After reviewing the Vice Guild Master’s activity record, 1500 TP will be given every 2 weeks. ※ The first benefit will be given on May 10, 2024. Guild Quest TIP 1. Guild Tower Location: West Siauliai Woods 1 channel, near Statue of Goddess Vakarine - This location is only for the 1st guild tower. - Location may change from the 2nd guild tower and if so, Vice Guild Masters need to tell via Forum-Vice Guild Master category. ※ Refreshment Table is at Klaipeda. 2. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 20, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Can receive Must Do Guide Reward twice ▶ The issue will be fixed next week during the maintenance on September 27th. You will not be able to receive all rewards from Must Do Guide until the issue is fixed. So please do not use the items, if you received the reward from the Must Do Guide twice. ▶ We are withdrawing the rewards received multiple times. The consumed Purified Breath of Power will also be withdrawn by taking away the EXP of the Res Sacrae it was used during the scheduled maintenance in the future. ※ Do NOT use the rewards obtained more than once. 2) The server instability that occurs occasionally in all servers after the recent update We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. When the issue is resolved for sure, we will compensate the saviors for the recent inconvenience. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice.
