Greetings, Saviors!We would like to announce the details of our weekly maintenance for (March 19, 2024). Make sure to check below for the maintenance schedule and patch notes.Please note that other issues and bugs are also being worked on even if they are not mentioned below.
[FIXED] Known Issues: June 20, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported: 1) [FIXED] Cursed Scorpios Dropping the Wrong Item - Scorpio monsters from The Cursed Shore event have been reported to drop Attribute Points: 500 instead of Attribute Points 1,000 as previously stated in the event announcement. This issue has been fixed and you will now be able to obtain Attribute Points 1,000 from Cursed Scorpio monsters (according to the rules of the event). 2) [FIXED] Movement Glitches - Players have experienced occasional movement glitches where their characters involuntarily return to the initial point after walking a few steps. This issue has been fixed and you should no longer experience the same glitches. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
Goddess' Blessed Cube Pineapple Item REMOVED
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to offer an update on the issue of the Goddess' Blessed Cube Pineapple item. Pineapple item REMOVED The Pineapple item has been removed from this edition of the Goddess' Blessed Cube. As this item cannot be exchanged for medals. players who received the Pineapple from the cube and wish to exchange it may submit a Support ticket to receive an additional Goddess' Blessed Cube (from this edition of the Goddess' Blessed Cube only).
Known Issue: August 19, 2020
Greetings Saviors! As the sales method of Leticia's Secret Cube was changed, there was a problem that PoPo Point was not given additionally to the users after purchasing Leticia's secret Cube. We are deeply sorry to have caused the confusion and PoPo Points that were not given will be provided to the users after the scheduled maintenance on next Tuesday when Leticia's Secret Cube is removed. [UPDATE] Known Issue: August 24, 2021
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Attribute Point 10,000 x250 given as Hot Week event reward can not be traded via team storage You will now be able to receive Attribute Point 10,000 that can be transferred via team storage from the Hot Week reward. The Attribute Points 10,000 that can not be transferred via team storage will be fixed in the near future. We will update the details later. The Attribute Points 10,000 that can not be transferred via team storage will be deleted and Attribute Points 10,000 that can be transferred via team storage will be given to the Market Retrieve tab on the scheduled maintenance next week.
