However, the number of items received is correct. (e.g. Diamond Anvil) 2) Game Crashes when opening the “View Collection” Menu - When viewing all collections through the "View Collection" option from the Klaipeda Magic Association NPC or when selecting the option from the hotkey, the game client crashes. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Lag and Instability in [SA] Silute - Players in [SA] Silute have reported frequent lag and other server instability issues occurring on the server. Upon checking the server's condition, we have noted no apparent cause of instability in [SA] Silute. If you are being affected by lag and instability issues, kindly report them through a support ticket with information about your location, system specs and most importantly a video of the occurrence (you can upload the video on a platform like YouTube and include the link to it in your ticket), so we can investigate the problem further. The affected skills still perform as intended (only the visual effects are missing), so you may continue to use them. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Irregular Event Boost Pack Rewards - Players carrying the Boost Pack from the January 2018 Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported receiving only the basic pack from the February edition of the event, without the remaining milestone guide boxes. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to receive all Boost Packs from the event as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. If you already used the basic pack, you will receive the correct Boost Pack for the event via your character's Market retrieve tab during the scheduled maintenance of February 13, 2018. 2) Event Boost Pack Not Opening - Players participating in the February edition of the Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported being unable to open their Boost Packs. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to open the Boost Pack as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Irregular NPCs in [NA] Klaipeda cities - Players have reported certain NPCs appearing in irregular locations and becoming impossible to interact with on several channels of the Klaipeda map in the [NA] Klaipeda server. We are now looking into the source of the problem. While this process is ongoing, note that you maybe able to use the affected NPCs only on specific channels of Klaipeda. 2) Recipe Missing From Event Box - The Emengard Cannon recipe has been reported to be missing from the options of the Secret Recipe Selection Box (14 Days) obtainable through the Fedimian's Secret Night Market event. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of February 6, 2018. If you would like to obtain the Emengard Cannon recipe through this event, you may do so after the scheduled maintenance. Greeting Saviors, We are aware of some options unlocked from Appraised Items is higher than the normal amount supposed to be. The unusual options on the Items shall be modified back to its normal amount. So we highly advise players to take precaution when trading or buying such items.
