Known Issues: April 4, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Skill Effects Not Displaying - The visual effects of certain skills have stopped displaying after the scheduled maintenance of April 3 for some players. The affected skills still perform as intended (only the visual effects are missing), so you may continue to use them. This issue is currently being looked into and it is expected to be fixed during next week's scheduled maintenance (April 10, 2018). Known Issues: February 7, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Irregular Event Boost Pack Rewards - Players carrying the Boost Pack from the January 2018 Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported receiving only the basic pack from the February edition of the event, without the remaining milestone guide boxes. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to receive all Boost Packs from the event as intended. Please restart your game to apply the fix. If you already used the basic pack, you will receive the correct Boost Pack for the event via your character's Market retrieve tab during the scheduled maintenance of February 13, 2018.   2) Event Boost Pack Not Opening - Players participating in the February edition of the Rookie Savior Event: Get Ahead have reported being unable to open their Boost Packs. This issue has now been fixed and you will be able to open the Boost Pack as intended. [UPDATE] Known Issues: January 31, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Irregular NPCs in [NA] Klaipeda cities - Players have reported certain NPCs appearing in irregular locations and becoming impossible to interact with on several channels of the Klaipeda map in the [NA] Klaipeda server. We are now looking into the source of the problem. While this process is ongoing, note that you maybe able to use the affected NPCs only on specific channels of Klaipeda.   2) Recipe Missing From Event Box - The Emengard Cannon recipe has been reported to be missing from the options of the Secret Recipe Selection Box (14 Days) obtainable through the Fedimian's Secret Night Market event. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of February 6, 2018. If you would like to obtain the Emengard Cannon recipe through this event, you may do so after the scheduled maintenance. We will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. [RESOLVED] Known Issues: January 24, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) TP Purchase Error [RESOLVED] - Players have reported encountering an error message ("An unexpected error occurred while authorizing your transaction. Please try again.") when attempting to purchase TP bundles at the TOS Steam shop. We are currently in contact with Valve to discover the source of the issue and address it as soon as possible. Greeting Saviors,   We are aware of some options unlocked from Appraised Items is higher than the normal amount supposed to be.   The unusual options on the Items shall be modified back to its normal amount.   So we highly advise players to take precaution when trading or buying such items.

The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Dungeon Count Issues - There have been reports of the Dungeon Run Count UI showing abnormal numbers. We are currently investigating this issue and will be providing compensation should we find that the issue prevented players from getting as many runs as they should have. The following issues have recently been reported and are being investigated. 1) Disconnections in Missions/Instanced Dungeons and TBL - There have been reports of sudden disconnections happening inside missions/distanced dungeons and Team Battle League matches. We are currently looking into this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. UPDATE: We have now fixed the disconnection problems occurring in missions and instanced dungeons, and we continue to investigate the issue with TBL matches. Compensation will be sent to all accounts during next week's scheduled maintenance (December 5, 2017).
