The following issue has recently been reported.
 

1) Guild Promotion Board Error

- Opening the Guild Promotion Board UI has been known to prompt the error message above. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of July 3, 2018. Until then, this feature may not work as intended.
