Smart Casual Accessories Removed From Exchange Shop
Greetings, Saviors. During yesterday’s scheduled maintenance (March 7, 2017), eight hair accessories from the Smart Casual series were erroneously introduced in the Exchange Shop along with the costumes of the same line. We would like to announce that these accessories will be removed from the Exchange Shop during the next scheduled maintenance, on March 14, 2017 (already-purchased accessories will not be deleted). Greetings, Saviors! Introducing our new [BGM Movie Trailer] "Onmyoji" English Lyrics Ver. Trailer #2/ SFA - Heaven on Earth ● Onmyoji About 90 years ago, the first Onmyoji abandoned their homeland and made way to our blessed Kingdom, where they took on different positions at the service of the Royal Court. Though their work in the Court ended 4 decades ago, the Onmyoji remain in the Kingdom, quietly tending to their craft in communion with the local people. That, they believe, is the way to creating a place for the Onmyoji in our society. After Medzio Diena, they have focused their efforts on addressing the hardships of a nation struck by catastrophe through the harmonious ways of their class. It is in the balance of heaven and earth, light and dark, yin and yang that the Onmyoji find the source of their power, and nowhere are these forces better represented than in the union of the human body and spirit, which stand between heaven and earth. That is why the Onmyoji imbue their power onto sheets of paper cut out into human shapes. The energies in equilibrium manifest themselves in the properties of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, which are known as the Five Elements. The Onmyoji can use these properties not only to confuse and attack their enemies, but to protect themselves as well. In recent times, Onmyoji Master Ahiro Seimei was involved in mediating between his country of origin and the Kingdom he now calls home. According to what was reported, the Master had been tasked with attending to complex diplomatic requests coming from his homeland while minimizing the burden on our Kingdom’s authorities. Thanks to his harmonious nature, Seimei managed to gather the support of other Class Masters, who helped him fulfill his duty most successfully. Besides his work on the balance of the Five Elements under the rule of the goddesses and divine spirits, the Onmyoji Master is also particularly concerned with achieving harmony in the relations between his native country and our nation. Fortunately, the Kingdom’s divine spirits are known to be gentle and temperate, allowing the Onmyoji Master a certain degree of freedom in his work. On the other hand, the burden of communicating with the divine spirits is one he shares with the Miko Master, whose carefree personality at times hinders his intentions. [Fan Art Festival Results] TOS Fashion Show!

[UPDATE] About further Restricted Accounts and Item, Silver Recovery
About Restricted Accounts We have to announce the today completed procedures with extra restricted accounts. Just like we announced on the former announcements that we have already punished the one conducted such illegal behaviors. And during that process we also restricted A. Those who shared same IP address, especially who have trade record during this incident. B. Those who registered and sold items with excessive overpricing. But there still could be innocent users could be effected on both cases above, we’ve been conducted an extra investigation on those users. Since the nature of this investigation, it requires play pattern and all-inclusive verification. We also apologize for that much of time consumed during this procedure. Today, the investigation process has almost completed and we also sent each person a compensation that we caused another inconvenience. I would suggest to log in and check if the accounts are now safe and back to normal, and the items are received on message box correctly. We also apologize for that we didn’t give correct and sufficient information via ticket or any other channel. Even to process such investigation in Top priority but it is true that we didn’t announce sufficient information to calm the restricted users during this work. We will be going to provide more detailed information with the reasons categorized reasons something for example, like A and B above. With Item and Silver Recovery As we announced on 2nd of October 2018, “Actions Against Illegal Silver Acquisition and Market Abuse”, the ones whom still facing with missing item, or a Silver are mostly the process of retrieve/recovery is not yet completed. We also have found some players from the forum that still facing issues with item recovery or the silver, with this investigation and the process comes to complete, we expect the recovery will also going to be done. Which means, there will be only two status will be left. Those who considered as Abuser will going to stay as permanent Ban or those who considered as a normal user will going their item or silver will be recovered. There will be no, partial result something like taken partial silver with no item issues. We expect everything to be completed on upcoming maintenance. 'Hunting Season' Event
Starting from August 16th right after the maintenance until August 30th (2 weeks), you are invited to check out the noticeboards in Klaipeda or Orsha and obtain a quest with a target monster. By hunting the target monsters, you get the chance to earn a new reward every day. Please, note that 1. All event rewards are untradeable. 2. You may only complete the event quest and receive the rewards once per day. 3. The quest limit resets every day at EDT 00:00. 4. You may participate in this event up to 10 times. 5. Items with 14 days time limit will begin counting down upon acquisition.

This also included items that were crafted using one or more of the affected material items including gems that were enhanced by these items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that no serious offense was committed. We have sent compensation to these unlocked accounts and special compensation will be provided after our investigation is complete. (Please read previous announcements for more information). We would like to mention that the remaining locked accounts require a deeper investigation. For example, for these accounts we have to thoroughly investigate whether or not certain transactions had negative effects on the market by checking profits and the amount of items that were distributed. Although we understand that this may not have been the true intention of these users, if these transactions affected the market, or if these users actions were deemed inexcusable, this will lead us to investigate these accounts again and to possibly set further restrictions. The extent of these restrictions will be known after our investigations are complete. Since we will have to check these accounts multiple times, investigating them will take a bit longer. We ask for your understanding as we complete this process. We thank you for your patience and until all accounts are processed we will continue to work hard.
