[UPDATED] Notice on the Instanced Dungeon Reset Issue

Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that we have applied a client patch via hotfix to correct the issue that, for the past days, has caused the daily instanced dungeon and mission entries of some or all of a team’s characters to not reset at the correct time. As you may be aware from reading our patch notes, our team has been closely monitoring this issue and attempting several times to correct it. We recorded the logs of any errors that occurred and, based on the results, corrected the components suspected of causing the problem, gradually narrowing down the possible origins of the initial error. Unfortunately, this being an issue which affects players in specific situations, it has taken us longer than usual to trace the source of the problem and correct it, and we apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. Kindly let us know through a ticket at our Support page if you are still experiencing this issue after today. Keep in mind the time at which instanced dungeons/missions reset: (server time) NA/SA 06:00, EU 00:00, SEA 18:00. IMPORTANT: 1) Make sure to receive the latest TOS patch (April 21) to ensure that the fix is applied. You will need to apply the new patch even if you already have the patch from the latest maintenance (April 18). If you currently have the client open, you will have to close the game and open it again to receive the latest patch. 2) Daily instanced dungeon/mission entries should reset properly starting today, April 21, 2017 (yesterday's entries will not reset immediately). To confirm whether your entries were correctly reset, please check them AFTER the following times: NA/SA: [EDT] 06:00 (server time 06:00), April 21st EU: [CET] 06:00 (server time 00:00), April 22nd SEA: [SGT] 06:00 (server time 18:00) April 22nd Thank you. Known Issues: January 10th, 2017

Greetings, Saviors.   The following is the list of issues that have been reported to us and are currently being worked on.   1) Loading Screen Stuck - Characters getting stuck on a loading screen and occasionally getting disconnected. 2) VGA Error - VGA errors occurring and causing the client to crash.    Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.

GM Meet-up on November 29-30!

Greetings, Saviors! We’re pleased to announce that our GMs are going to be in-game this November 29/30, 2016 for a scheduled meet-up across all servers. Feel free to stop by for a chat and share your feedback. The meet-up is taking place at channel 1/2 of Gateway of the Great King (Lv. 58), in the area near the Statue of Goddess Vakarine (see image). Welcome to the Fan Art Festival! It's been a long time since our Valentine Art Festival. Spring has come - well on the Northern Hemisphere - I saw the green leaves and grasses are rising. The warmth of the Sunlight, green color, that's what we expect from the spring. But spring also bears the meaning of new beginning and a fresh start. The beginning of journey after the icy cold winter melts away. There is always new season comes to start.  So this Spring, I would like to suggest special Theme for this Festival and that is... Theme: "Your Finest moment" It could be both based on your past experience at Tree of Savior or based on pure imagination.  What is your finest moment? Was it a heroic moment? defeating the Daemonic lord? or It is a calm and peaceful time with friends? Or was it your first venture into a deep dark dungeon? Oh, and don't forget the festival timeline! 1. How is the procedure?:  - From now until 15th of May 2017 (EDT 23:59), you could submit your Artwork, all work submitted after 15th of May 2017 (EDT 23:59) cannot enter - Starting from 16th of May 2017 until 22th of May 2017 we will have a vote and grace period for checking IP Theft. - Prize will be given out at 23rd of May 2017 *Total 13 pieces will be chosen. As we discussed at last discussion and Poll, at this event we will introduce the User Vote. But it is experimental procedure applying first time after the rule improvement and this could be updated at next event.  Like the last event, the improvement discussion Thread will be opened after the winner is awarded. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Like" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be picked by Staffs but with each Staff's personal decision. - The Staff pick will be made after the User pick is completed and will not overlap each other.    2.
