Halloween-special Fan Art Fest Results!
Greetings Saviors. We have had so many great submissions for the Halloween-special Fan Art Fest. We'd like to thank every one of participants and those who have supported this event through comments and likes as well. Now, after several rigorous internal voting sessions, we have selected quite appropriately 13 artworks that will be on the ingame loading screens. We would like to remind you that is was no easy task picking just a few from all the great and spooky artworks. So, if your submission was not selected please, don't be discouraged. The following is the list of artworks that are scheduled to be included in the loading screens after the Scheduled Maintenance of October 25th. Winners will also be awarded the in-game title of 'Haunted Artist', one Jack-O-Lantern Hair Ornament item and 300 TP during the maintenance period. February 2018 Limited Edition Golden Pup
Greetings Saviors, It’s no secret that our Developers have been working on a new doggy companion, but what you may not have known is that we will be releasing not only Goro, but also a new limited edition Golden Pup that will be available from the Goddess' Blessed Cube in February. This Golden Pup was created to celebrate the fact that this year is the Year of the Dog. Or, more precisely, the Year of the “Golden” Dog. For those of our players who are already familiar with the Lunar Calendar and the Chinese Zodiac, this will not come as a surprise. But for everyone else, this year, starting on February 16th is the Year of the Golden Dog. How was this decided? Well, to number the years, one system used in conjunction with the Lunar Calendar is the Stem-and-Branches system. The Stem-and-Branches system is a cycle of sixty terms used for telling time in traditional East Asian culture. These terms consist of two Chinese characters paired up according to their yin and yang. So the term for this year can be translated into Golden Dog. This then means that we can call 2018 the Year of the Golden Dog, a designation that comes around only once every sixty years. To celebrate this special event we will be offering a limited edition companion named, Golden Pup to help ring-in the year. Who wouldn't want to start the year of the royal doggo with a royal doggo of their own? Don't forget that this 2018 limited edition Golden Pup will be available from the Goddess' Blessed Cube in February! We hope you will look forward to his arrival as we all move to celebrate the Lunar New Year!
Item Restore Policy
Hello saviors, This policy is a service designed to take care of unrestorable damage such as accidental loss of items or receiving items that cannot be used by the savior. Therefore, if the item is lost as a result of using the system where there is a possibility of destruction, or if the item received can be used or retrieved in other ways such as trading, it is basically excluded. <Item Restore Policy> - Items can be restored when the ticket is reported within 3 days after the incident. - Items cannot be restored if there isn't any data or if the item has been normally traded/consumed. - We cannot help with the damage caused by a shared account or hacking. - Items deleted according to the deletion date announced in the notice cannot be restored. - Items obtained via abnormal use (bug, abusing, hacking, etc) of the game cannot be restored. - Item might not be recovered due to limitations on the system even if it isn’t mentioned in the [Non-restorable Types] category. - 1 item can be restored per 1 ticket. (When restoring the Selection Box, 1 from 3 restore counts will be deducted per box.) - Items that have been used as a material for crafting via Blacksmith cannot be restored. - Transferring items or information to another account is impossible because the relationship between the accounts cannot be proved. (1) Details of Policy ① The service will be provided 3 times a year per account. ② Following cases will be excluded from restoration: Restoring item due to a change of mind, item that changes according to chances per attempts, when a part of the items are already consumed, expired timed items, and other cases that violate the service policy. (2) Restore Range ① Restorable Cases Type Content Dismantle Equipment If the item is dismantled by mistake, we will withdraw the obtained Nucle Powder, Sierra Powder, and Enchant Jewels and restore the item to its original state. ※ The items stated above to be withdrawn have to be in the inventory when you send us a ticket. Changing Trade Status of items after personal trade If the Trade Status of the item or the Total Untradable number is changed after personal trade, the item can be transferred to another character in the team. (Only once per item) Discard item We will restore the item when the item has been discarded in the Field or Dungeon by mistake. Received by mistake If an event or reward item given via Message box/NPC/Item box is received by a character other than the one you wanted, the received item will be withdrawn and the item will be given again. (Tradable items are excluded.) ※ Item is only restored when the ticket is sent within 72 hours after receiving the item by mistake. ※ Title can be restored if it was given as a form of item. ※ The item stated above to be withdrawn has to be in the inventory when you send us a ticket. ※ Cannot be restored when the item is crafted (Enhance/ Identify/ Transcendence/Awaken/Enchant Jewel/Appearance change/Socket expansion, etc) and is in different status than it was when received. Character/Companion Delete Can be restored when the Character/Companion is deleted. ※ Make sure the Slot is available in the lodge, and if you have character with the same name as the character you want to restore, please change the existing character’s name before sending the ticket. Item created from Equipment Storage Can be restored when creating Accessory/Ark by mistake. ※ Item created by mistake will be retrieved and the amount of silver consumed will be restored. ※ When you have crafted the crated item, the materials used when crafting won't be restored. (※added on July 26, 2022) ② Unrestorable Cases Type Content Enhanced/Transcended/Awakened Equipment Cannot be restored when the equipment such as Weapon, Armor is enhanced, and when the items are destroyed due to failing the Enhancement/Transcendence. Class Advancement / Change Cannot restore or reset to the previous status when Class is advanced. Class change point cannot be restored when class is changed. ※ You can change the class by collecting the Class change point in the Advancement Info. Ichor Cannot be restored when: - Item is consumed due to failure of extracting Ichor - Item is consumed due to failure of transmuting Ichor - Cannot extract when Ichor is equipped in the equipment - Item is consumed due to success of extracting the Ichor ※ Fixed Stats/Random Stats Ichor can be unequipped via Teliavelis NPC in Fedimian. Item Stat Cannot restore or reset if the stat of the item is changed by using Enchant Scroll, Magnifier, etc Title Cannot be restored when the title from event/quest reward is applied directly to the character Consumed Item When some of items that requires withdrawal are consumed Expired Item Expired item cannot be restored Craft All items related to crafting cannot be restored. Stat/Skill/Attribute/Arts Cannot restore or reset when you acquire Stat/Skill/Attribute/Arts. ※ Stat/Skill/Attribute/Arts can be reset by using Stat Reset Potion/Skill Reset Potion/Attribute Reset Potion/Arts Reset Potion. ※ Arts learned from previous Class cannot be restored when changing the Class Tree. Equipped Gem Gems cannot be restored if the gem is equipped with the equipment. ※ Gem can be extracted via Blacksmith NPC. Socket Cannot be restored to the previous status when the socket is added to the equipment. Legend Card Enhancement Enhancement material cannot be restored when the Legend Card is enhanced. Gem/Card Enhancement ※ Legend Card is enhanced by chance, and therefore the material used to enhance the card won’t be restored. ※ The item to be withdrawn has to be in the inventory when you send us a ticket. Assister Card Assister registered in the Assister Cabinet cannot be restored. ※ Only unused Assister Card in the inventory can be restored. Registered Items Items registered in the Equipment Storage cannot be restored. (※added on September 24, 2021) Cube Items obtained by chance when opening the cube cannot be restored. Ex. Goddess' Cube, Leticia's Cube, Secret Cube, etc. (※added on January 26, 2022) ※ Any kind of restore policy won't be applied when opening the packages purchased with TP, regardless of the reason. (The items in the package have to be unused.) (3) How to send a ticket STEP 1. Go to [Support] category on our official website. STEP 2. Write a ticket with a steam account that matches the team name. STEP 3. [Item Recovery] need to be mentioned in the title. (Category: ETC) STEP 4. Write the details. - When and Why the incident happened. - Which character has the item. ※ The policy might change due to updates. [Update: May 11, 2021] ※ It may take up to 1 week to get the item restored.

Returning Savior Guide
Greetings, Saviors! We have prepared a guide for returning players to celebrate the Rank 10 update of Tree of Savior. If you are a returning player, you can read all about our new improvements and in-game content here! 1. System Enhancements Lodge Character Slots 1) You can move a character to any Lodge number you want by clicking on the Move Lodge button. 2) Selecting a character and pressing the up and down arrows will let you arrange your characters in any order you like. PROTIP: The character slots provided will be 4 at first but you can expand your character slots with TP. Trading Transcended Items -Transcended items can now be traded and transferred to the Team Storage. -Once traded, Blessed Shards can no longer be extracted from the items. Item Display -Items will be displayed differently depending on the item's stats: 1. Item icons will show the rarity of the item according to their background color: Magic: Green Rare: Purple Unique: Red Legend: Yellow 2. Unidentified items will have a magnifying glass on the bottom right corner of the icon. 3. Transcendence level of the item will be shown on the little star on the bottom left corner of the icon. 4. Enhancement level of the item will be shown as the number on the bottom right corner of the icon. 2. Content Changes Daily Quest Rewards -Daily Quest completion requisite and rewards have been changed. Before After QUEST Hunt monsters & collect items Hunt monsters (no item collecting) LIMIT Available 5 times per day Available twice per day REWARD EXP Mon-Thu: Silver / EXP Fri-Sun: Attribute Points / EXP PROTIP: If you've accepted a quest a day before and completed the quest the following day, you will only be able to do 1 daily quest for that day. Earth Tower -The Earth Tower's quest objective and entry count have been reworked. -Players must fight off the invading horde of Elite Monsters for a given time in the 4F of Solmiki and Lolopanther areas. -Characters can enter the Earth Tower twice per week. -Earth Tower shares its entry count with Velcoffer's Nest. -Entry count is reset every Monday on 06:00 AM server time. -Entry limit is only counted when the completion rewards for the dungeon is received. PROTIP: If you have completed Velcoffer's Nest and received a reward, you may not be able to enter the Earth Tower because of their shared entry count. Uphill Defense -Uphill Defense's play mechanic has been tweaked and gimmick monsters have been added. -Entry limit has been changed from twice per week to 10 times per week (reset every Monday at 06:00 AM server time). -The level and DEF of monsters in Uphill Defense will be changed to match the highest level character in the party. -The stage will progress when no monsters have been summoned for some time. -Starting from stage 16, Gimmick Monsters will be generated at random: 1) Lapflammer: Wide range attacks, high damage, attacks characters and torch 2) Lapemiter: Self-destructs when in contact with the torch, deals damage equal to 10% of the torch's max HP. 3) Lapezard: Restores the HP of nearby monsters by 10% every 4 seconds. -Items in the Uphill Defense Shop now include Silver Anvil (14 days), Ripped Legend Enhancement Card, 6-star Gem Abrasives and much more. 3. New Content Solo Dungeon: The Remnants of Bernice -Remnantsmnants of Bernice is a solo dungeon where players must attempt to complete as many stages as possible during the given time. -You can enter by talking to the Oracle Master in Klaipeda and asking about the 'Other Dimension'. -The req. level for entry is 300 and there is no limit to how many times you can enter. -Players are ranked on the number of stages they completed for the duration of 15 minutes. -Players are rewarded on their weekly ranks, which is reset every Monday 06:00 AM server time. PROTIP: The Dungeon will end if your character incapacitated within the 15 minute time limit. Title Buffs -Collecting titles can give you beneficial buffs. -There are a total of 40 stages of Title Buffs you can receive. -The number of buffs required to next stage is different for each stage. PROTIP: Title Buffs are NOT shared between all the characters in your team. Velcoffer's Nest -Velcoffer's Nest is a Lv 360 Legend Raid dungeon made up of 5 stages. -Entry limit is twice per day and it is shared with the entry limit for Earth Tower. -You can talk to Kupole Simona in Tevhrin Stalactite Cave Section 5 to enter. -Players will be rewarded with a Velcoffer Cube for completing the raid, which includes materials for crafting Legend grade items. PROTIP: You will fail if you do not complete Velcoffer's Nest within 60 minutes. Velcoffer Equipment -Players can take the Velcoffer Spirit Fragments that can be found by opening Velcoffer Cubes to the Blacksmith Teliavelis in Klaipeda to create Velcoffer gear. -Velcoffer gears are Lv 360 items made up of new weapons, armors and costumes. Ichor System -Ichor System is whereby players give stat bonuses to Velcoffer gear as they do not come with pre-attached stat bonuses. -Here is a step by step guide to Ichor Extraction: 1) Select a weapon to extract Ichor from 2) Select the item with the stat bonuses you want to have extracted. 3) Ichor extraction requires Sierra Powder and Ichor Extraction Kit. -Ichor can be equipped to Lv 360 Legend grade items of the same category. -Ichors are only applicable to the same type of equipment as the item they were extracted from. -For example: Primus Raffye Sword > One-handed sword Ichor > Velcoffer Sword(One-handed) Ausura Greaves(Plate) > Boots Ichor > Velcoffer Greaves(Plate) Beauty Shop -You can purchase new hairstyles, wigs and lenses on 1F of the Beauty Shop. -Each purchase will earn you a stamp in the coupon book, which can be exchanged for discount coupons. -The 2F of the Beauty Shop is the Boutique where you can try on male/female costumes. -You can also produce costume packages and Blessed Goddess Cubes at the Boutique. PROTIP: Wig dyes are not applicable to hairstyles. Remember to read the item information carefully!
