Regarding Missing Event TP/Titles and Other Issues after Oct 11 Maintenance
Greetings, Saviors. Missing Event TP and Titles Some users have reported their Event TP items and ‘Happy-go-Lucky’ titles obtained from the previous ‘Crystal Root Lottree’ event going missing after the latest scheduled maintenance. We would like to let you know that we are working on fixing this issue and will restore the missing TP and titles as soon as possible. Other Issues We would also like to announce that we are looking into other issues reported after today’s maintenance and will update you after they are solved. Please note that, depending on your region, even after the patch your client could take some time to sync with the server. We suggest you try checking the integrity of your game files on Steam if you are experiencing problems after this maintenance. We ask for your patience and understanding while we fix the remaining issues. Remember you can report any problems you may be experiencing via ticket through the Support page. Thank you.
[COMPLETE] NA and SA Servers Maintenance Extension
All servers are now online. Sorry for the delay. Please, let us know if you are having the connection issue via Support Ticket Greetings, Saviors. There are good news and bad news. The good news is that Fedimian, Telsiai and Varena servers (EU & SEA) are back on as previously announced. i.e. 06:00 EDT October 11th. However, Klaipeda, Orsha and Silute servers (NA & SA) will undergo maintenance extension. These servers will be back on as soon as possible. We apologize for any and all inconveniences this extension might have caused.

Known Issue: [EU] Fedimian Server - The Wonderland Package Issue
Greetings Saviors. We are currently working on fixing the issue where if a Male Wizard uses Wonderland Costume Package on [EU] Fedimian server, it will give out an wonderland costume for a Female Swordsman. We will sort this out as soon as possible. If you have bought the costume package and you are a Male Wizard on the Fedimian server, please wait for the official announcement before opening it. This pack will include a set of premium items at a special price and will be available for purchase for a limited period of time. Make sure to read the details below. [EXP Boost Pack] TP Shop Price: 79 TP Contents: - x8 EXP Tome (x1) - Enchant Scroll (x1) - Honey Dumpling (x2) - Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (x1) Important: - Honey Dumpling effects: 30 minutes of +4 movement speed, +1 AoE attack ratio and +25% EXP gains for you and your party members. (Honey Dumpling items will not be retrieved from the game after October 25th.) - The effect of the Jumbo Dumpling that can be obtained from the ‘Taoist’s Secret Recipe’ event will not stack with the effect of the Honey Dumpling. - When using the Honey Dumpling, please make sure to have party members close so that they can also receive the effects from it. The effects may not apply if they are too far away. - The Honey Dumpling buff duration on party members will be reset if they already have effects from other Honey or Jumbo Dumplings. E.g.)
