[FIXED] Regarding Inconsistency Between DLC Titles and Product Names

UPDATE: This issue has been fixed and all DLC titles should be displaying correctly in their corresponding regions now. Do let us know via Support ticket if you still encounter inconsistencies in the DLC titles or descriptions. Thank you. Greetings, Saviors. It has come to our attention that the names of certain DLC products did not match the corresponding DLC titles. We have requested a correction and expect the name of the DLCs to be fixed soon. We would also like to note that this is merely an error in the way the names of the DLCs appear. This means that, for example, to users in the SA region, the name of the Veteran's Pack may appear as [SEA], but it actually corresponds to the SA version of the DLC and is redeemable in [SA] Silute. [UPDATE] Beginner's Pack and Veteran's Pack Now on Sale!

Greetings Saviors! We're pleased to announce the release of our new Beginner's Pack, a DLC item bundle especially catered to first-time F2P players, as well as a Veteran's Pack which is meant for the more experienced adventurers! Both DLC Packs are currently available for purchase on Steam. See the image below for the items contained in the Packs. Finally, make sure you read and understand the following conditions when purchasing the new DLC packs: Each DLC product will be released in four different versions, one specific to each region (NA, EU, SEA, SA). Each DLC will be redeemable only in its corresponding region (e.g. EU-exclusive DLC can only be redeemed in [EU] Fedimian). In regions with more than one server, each DLC product can only be redeemed in one of the region's servers (e.g. players in the NA region can purchase a single Beginner's Pack and redeem it in either Klaipeda or Orsha). Each DLC product can be purchased only once per Steam account. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server. Sincerely, IMC Staff [UPDATE] 1. Regarding Connection Instability of the SA Region Server

Greetings, Saviors! [SA] Silute server has a limited number of server-machine as compared to the number of crowded players which leads to existing heavy lag.  In addition, our service provider has restricted our administrative authorities as a precaution while defending against the DDoS attacks on our game 'Tree of Savior'.  Our machines are currently operating under severe limitations and we are restricted from adding or altering machines.  The solution to solve this problem would be to expand the number of server-machines but the aforementioned restriction could not allow it be to be processed. To provide best server stability for our saviors, we are currently attentively looking for other possible solutions.   We sincerely apologize for inconvenience.    Sincerely, IMC Staff

[SA] Stuck Character Problem Fixed

Greetings, Saviors! Recently, a large number of players in [SA] Silute were affected by a problem where their characters were stuck in certain maps, unable to login to the world. We would like to announce that this issue was fixed by redistributing the server's channels, and stuck characters should now be able to login to all areas as normal. If you find that you are still unable to login with any of your characters in [SA] Silute, however, kindly send us a ticket on our Support page. On your ticket, make sure to mention the affected map and channel so we can work on further improving the server's condition. [Guild Delete Exploit] Now Accepting Guild Restore Requests

Greetings, Saviors. We recently fixed an exploit in the game that allowed players to disband their guilds without becoming the guild master (more details here). As a result, several guilds have reportedly been deleted unintentionally. We are planning to restore all guilds disbanded through this exploit during our next scheduled maintenance on May 24, 2016, and will now start accepting requests via Support ticket. Guild masters of guilds affected by the exploit may send in their requests via Support ticket (Type: Etc) until [EDT] Sunday, May 22, 2016, at 11:59 PM. Before you send in your request, make sure you read and understand the conditions below: - Only guild masters may submit a restore request for their guild - Requests must be submitted via Support ticket (Type: Etc) - We will accept requests submitted until [EDT] Sunday, May 22, 2016, at 11:59 PM How to submit your request via Support ticket (only submit if you are the guild master): 1) Go to the Support Page on our official website 2) If you haven't, verify your Steam account 3) Click on Submit Ticket 4) Select Type: Etc, then enter your information on the fields shown 5) Enter the following in Title: -GUILD RESTORE- YOUR GUILD NAME 6) In Description, enter the following information    - Server:    - Guild name:    - Guild master character's name:    - Approx. date and time guild was deleted (EDT): Let us know if you run into trouble when submitting your request. Guild Delete Exploit Fixed

Greetings, Saviors. It was brought to out attention that some players were abusing a bug in the game to disband guilds without becoming a guild master. We would like to announce that this issue was fixed during today's temporary maintenance and regular guild members are no longer able to delete their guilds at will. We are currently looking into further measures regarding disbanded guilds and users who abused this feature.
